I missed Fort del Pilar, We stayed there since 1982-1991 because my dad was the Commanding Officer of the Philippine Military Academy Station Hospital (from being CO of Fernando Airbase Hospital too in Lipa Batangas). Had my college years in University of Baguio. Love the food. Congratulations to your Uncle for his award for Police Operations. Have a nice vacation Chef RV.
