As per Indian Govt rule if you are in Home Isolation and its 7 days after your first RT PCR and you feel completely fine then you can stop home isolation. No need for anymore RT PCR. You are going to perform antigen test on 18th Jan 2022 I suppose, if it comes negative and you dont have any symptoms then you can move freely. This is Indian Govt guideline. What is the margin of error on the CT Value? I got a PCR test back indicating 34.97 - I have no symptoms and I have Moderna vaccine plus Pfizer booster - negative antigen test as well - should I seriously be concerned, either about spread or developing further virus?
Half of the cases with such a ct value will be false positive. However it depends upon how early you have taken the test. It’s better to take the test few days later again if possible. But from different place might be a good idea. If it’s false positive you will not shed the virus . But stay isolated for 2-3 days and take the test again.

21 RT PCR ct value means you are positive and viral load moderate . One cannot say its risky or not because it depends on how your immune system works. Please consult a doctor and start medication asap. Take care.
In India RT PCR CT value above 35 is considered negative. I am not sure what is the Ct value threshold in your country. Might be high than 36. May be 40. Not sure

You don’t do anything to increase CT Value…. You can retest after few days in a separate lab

Cut off in India is more than 35.
