It looks absolutely delicious however I’m confused... At *3:52 you state not to chop your spinach so you know you’re biting into a “Spinach Ricotta Sausage Roll”. I went back several times to listen again (and again!) It also states what you’re saying “ Spinach Ricotta Sausage Roll” in the CC (Closed Captions). I’m aware the word “Sausage” is not used in the title but... I kept watching and waiting to see where the Sausages were going to fit in.

She said the Ricotta pack was about 500g but you can clearly see 1kg net on the label at 1 minute mark of the video. 🤨
