Myself Dr Md Humayun Orthopedic surgeon from Hyderabad India
Thank you.
I used to have a ball or bulge disc, he used to put pressure in my back. By using his heel with his weight.
My nephew used to stand in my back with his heel. He left a hole in my disc. We thought he popped it but guess pop it open to leak out.
Is your message: If you have an annular tear that will not heal after 6 months or longer then there is likely some fragment trapped in the annulus that needs to be removed by surgery?
Thank you for watching.
We hope that you will mail us for detailed tele-medicine consultation at Wooridul international patients center.

I have at least two big tears on the mri i got in novemeber and it’s complete agony. I’ve heard they can take two years to heal.
@@AJohnson0325 this is very sad 😢
@@AJohnson0325I’m so sorry to hear that. I share your pain and you’re right, agony. I hope you get relief eventually. What has helped me the most so far was getting an epidural to coat the tear. It hasn’t helped a lot but has reduced the pain slightly
@@OGBDB The back pain is mostly resolved but I have moderate sciatica that comes and goes repeatedly throughout the day. It's painful and annoying and I think it's not going to go away completely. Getting old stinks. I hope you're doing better
