if you ever get into the professional aspect of the sport make sure you locate a armwrestling team in your area. They will show you proper technique on a professional table.

I just couldn't afford to be wrote off for a period of time, I do however respect and watch in admiration at these arm wrestlers, it's fascinating and exciting to watch.
