Everyone including the ref is concentrating on the elbow. Rules state that the shoulder of the competing arm cannot dip below the height of the table when in an unfavorable position. Recently against Larratt, Todd was clearly doing this repeatedly.

And to those saying armwrestlers are mad that powerlifters cand beat them in their sport, I would not say that, some yes they are angry because of that, but most are glad to see that other athletes from different sports choose to do armwrestling, we love the attention to the sport that brought us joy, and we are happy to share it with other guys that did other sports, nobody is not fit to become an armwrestling champion, even a guy who did table tennis in their life if they try hard, train well and learn from the best can become champions, but guys from powerlifting already have crazy strength so they need only the technique and the very worked isometric strength that armwrestlers train and they can be elite level.
