Sounds like Austin TX. But we get hot during August. like 108 for days. I'm getting older and this heat is going to kill me. It appears Austin is more tech city while Nashville is more of a medical facility city with the same style of music, parks and party vibe. Cumberland river to austin's Colorado river. Been in austin for 17 years. I wonder if it's worth moving to Nashville or rather a suburb outside kinda like moving to Round Rock here.

Would love to see listings of plots and future plots for sale in addition to finished builds. Rather than getting in bidding wars for a home that could be hit or miss once moved in would love to be able to see wooded lots, lots in the hills, near the water etc. Been researching Nashville for some time now already found my architect and builder Christopher A&I
