Yes, the actual fuel actuator comes with it either way, but on old one which is on car must be snapped to get the blue cables out and place the new fuel actuator. It was very easy.... The hardest part was opening the whole thing which is indeed on 4 simple plastic clippers which wont break starting from left down corner and applying pressure to have it open and pulling out. For me that was the hardest thing !

Sometimes it doesn’t work. I pulled on that cord and it didn’t do anything
