go ahead and pop that egg yolk

Cutting open a perfectly poached egg and dropping a raw egg on the floor both result in an oozing yolk. Context matters. I don't know about you, but I prefer the poached egg on a benny. Or, in this case, the crab cake benny from Kook's Cooks in Coquitlam, BC.
