I'm actually having serious thoughts about coming to Vancouver for the game. I've checked out flights and hotels and ticket availability. I've lived in Toronto for 50 years and have never been as far west as Vancouver as it is still a 5 1/2 hour flight from here. My only drawback is getting a dog sitter for my guard dog who will only allow two other people in the world through my door without tearing off some part of their body. So it makes it a bit difficult. However, one never knows and if I can get him looked after you may find me in the meet up pub. I'll be the little grey haired, loud, Glaswegian lady with a pint in her hand shouting Up theTown. Mairi
Arthur is only 22, if he believes in himself and believes he can bring this team to the Championship by his 25th birthday then there is no downside. I don't think he wants higher than league 1 right now. He's a smart young man. He has some airtime on the documentary already and season 4 is coming after next season and he wants to be on it. You guys are not putting enough considering how important getting on this documentary will help get players for sure. That's why Rob and Ryan pushed for them to announce season 4 I think. Anyways I'm starved for Wrexham content so thanks !
I would think for a young keeper guaranteed first team football in league one must be better than being second choice in the championship. After another successful 7:58 year or two of high profile coverage he could move on to higher things as first choice keeper.
If, as we believe to be the case, he is weighing up offers to be No 1 in the Championship on better money - he's got a decision to make. From a brand perspective outside of football he'll be hard pressed to find somewhere better than Wrexham right now
On Sam Dalby, I am with Phil. Mullin and Lee have also gone out of their way to praise his value. Wonder what would happen if social media just decided to try being positive and not slagging him off. Ollie got more positivity this season, and you can see that gave him a lift. Dalby is class.
Pompey fan here. Two names for you that would be a great fit for Wrexham : Keeper Matt Macey, Centre Back Sean Raggett. Both top League 1 quality and both big guys - Macey is 6'7" and Raggett 6'4". We would have been happy if they both stayed with us in the Championship. Go get 'em !
Any other club would be thrilled to consolidate their position in their new league with a mid-table finish after two straight promotions. Not sure it makes great TV for the doc though. Now it gets interesting.
goalkeeper if arthur goes, Couple of defenders, maybe a lwb aswell as mendy gets injured far too much hamstrings etc, one midfielder and a striker alongside mullin even though we have 7 strikers ( most of them not good enough ) if truth be told. So 6 signings roughly i would say we need.
@@Eradicus and unfortunately 6 of them could not reach double figures in the goal tally. nowhere near in fact most of them. All not good enough , need better and faster .
Ayo Akinola tfc check this guy out. I thought no way before i saw him and got insight into this guy’s potential in a Wrexham shirt. Well that’s me saying my piece, now you decide? PS I love what’s happening in Wrexham & have fallen in love with football again, so thanks for being who you are..
As a lifelong Wrexham fan that’s seen a lot of Wrexham last season and also watched even more of Bolton in league 1 the squad you’ve shown there is a potential relegation squad in league 1 I fear. I think 3-4 signings could see a mid table finish but some serious quality needs to be signed to challenge for promotion.
...which was the whole point of releasing players we did to make way for the better quality ones to come in. As was mentionedin the pod, building for the next level is prob needed before pushing on. The infrastructure isn't there just yet.
The Arthur question at the end is simple, in brutal terms, he's technically terrible. To be a top GK these you need to play football (just like Arsenal do). Arthur is a fantastic GK at L1/ Championship level, but he's knowhere near a top PL GK. Not even with age, will he be able to improve his technical ability that much.
So sad they got rid of who they did. Heartless. Rob and Ryan are no different than all the rest. Boehly with .pretty faces No longer following wrexham.

Raggett is a very tidy pick-up by Rotherham... they'll be up there no doubt
@@robryanred Could have done a major job for you guys - SO many Pompey fans wanted him to go to Wrexham

7 strikers is mental, come on

Vardy is 37, who came up with this idea? You need somebody younger and faster I'm sure there is somebody who can fit other than Vardy!
Totally agree. His price at that age, no thanks !
The American level in the female game is high. I Hope the scores are not lopsided. As for Mclean, his refusal to wear the Poppy is understandable .
Game of Transfers, silly season is coming. I'm sure someone better than me could meme-ify that

If Wrexham can't sign Okonkwo, then they will be relegated back to efl2.

Rob and Ryan do not make personnel decisions. You could fault them for not stepping in, but they did not release anyone.
