I first read about the death of Sirius 14 years ago but I'm still heartbroken
I was numb when I first read those words. They have the same effect on me to this day.
All hp deaths were spoiled for me. But I still cried at this one. Only one. I only accepted Sirius truly was dead in the forest with the resurecction stone........... Sirius was my One True Love. Damn you Bella.

I have never commented on a RUclips video before .. but this brings in so many memories .. the person who introduced me to the world of potter 16 years ago is no more .. when I first started reading the books .. I was an introverted , shy , under confident person... these books helped me escape and survive .. gain confidence .. become someone with aspirations and a will to succeed ... I will always be thankful to Joanne Rowling .. but most of all I will always miss the person who made me a part of this world ...I am sad that I can't send that person this video and reminisce about the times we had reading these books ....

One of my favorite moments that, for an unknown reason, always got me deep into my guts, was when Harry tells Dumbledore that he told he would be his man until the very end. And then Albus starts tearing up, and Harry looks down. And the words used in this scene are so simple, yet so powerful, I always get a lump in my throat.

Who would have thought a fictional world created for the books could change your own world...
20 years have passed and it still seems like it was yesterday when Harry was deeply submerged in his own thoughts gazing up at the staricase ceiling, unaware of the magical world that was eagerly waiting for him!

I can't even put in to words how much this world means to me. in my darkest times, when I wanted everything to end, Hogwarts was there. I don't know what kind of person I'd be if I wasn't that "huge Harry Potter fan." I owe my life to the series, and this video, as simple as it is, reminded me why. Always, until the end, will I be the Hufflepuff nerd with the posters on my wall and a Hogwarts banner hanging on the ceiling and a Harry Potter shrine with books, movies, and merchandise. whether by book or by big screen, I will always find my way home.

I love reading all these comments, it's amazing to see how much comfort Harry Potter brings to people. It brings me so much comfort too, whenever I'm anxious i find reading Harry Potter totally distracts me and stops me focusing on my anxiety. I know they are only books but it's almost like they are an old friend I've grown up with. I remember receiving my first book of the philosopher stone for Christmas when i was 6. My mum use to read them to me then as I got older I read them to her. Here I am at 23 and i still have the original books I had bought for me when I was a little girl.. I can't wait to read them to my children one day ⚡️👓

When I was younger (aprox 7 ) I found out about the Harry Potter.I didn't get to read the books until my 11th birthday this year January.I was in a very bad place when I was 10 . My best friend had started bullying me.Harry potter came to me at the lowest point.The point when I wasn't happy.Gosh not even my parents couldn't cheer me up.They didn't know about my sadness.On the surface there was a smile but inside a shattered heart . My dad gave me the books for my 11th birthday and I read.The first book was finished in under 12 hours.From then on it stuck.I then stopped my bully and now we have such a strong friendship...because of Harry Potter.
I then knew where my home is. Hogwarts. How long will it be my home?Always.

I have now finished this series. I started tearing up, I've known about it for so long and never let myself fall into the wonderful world until June, and I will be forever grateful that this series exists. I've found a home, it's at Hogwarts. Thank you J.K. Rowling.

Harry Potter has always been a place where i can escape and just be with these characters ive loved my entire life. I grew up with them and they will be with me... Always. I never honestly thought it possible to cry over something that seemed so small but now i realize how much this series really means to me and how it will stick with me till the day i die. Its a place i can go and i wont be judged because i cry and get emotional and it really just means so much to me its hard to even put into words.

But seriously, this series has brought so many amazing memories and events to my life. I have made friends because of this series. I feel so glad to know that there are people who have shared the same moments at such emotional parts in this whole fandom. I will forever be thankful for this wonderful story of the Boy Who Lived. I have cried, laughed, and gotten so angry that I flopped the book down on my bed; but that's the greatness about it. The messages and the the emotions are tremendous throughout the series and I will never be able to get over it. Thanks once again to JK. Rowling for this beautiful masterpiece that has brought so many people together.

I'm actually so ashamed I didn't grow up with Harry. I actually teased my friend who was a massive fan of Harry, but I haven't fully understood the story back then. My cousins took me to see Deathly Hallows part 2 when I was younger, and I remember hating it because younger me was so sensitive about kissing scenes and killing and Ron's breakdown. But now I've seen all the movies, understood the story and 400 pages away to finishing the books, I'm proud to say that I love the wizarding world, Harry Potter, his friends, his enemies, and their stories.

Being a grandmother of two 10 yr olds and a 7 yr old twenty years ago, my very close relationship with these children became even closer and more loving as we read each book as it was published and debated it and scrutinized every word and idea. We even created what we thought the next book would contain. JKR, you gave us such a memorable series and it touched our lives and continues to every day. Thank you.

This video is beyond beautiful... is so intense and brought so many memories and emotions! I'm grateful for being part of this world, of this generation who became friends of this boy and all the characters in the history. God, this history is fantastic, bring comfort even in the darkest time and i never get tired of back to my books and fall into Harry's head, into Harry's world; the way that this universe is never forgotten by the fans just show how powerful and magic it is.

Put aside Harry Potter being an incredibly good written story that has reached the heart of a whole generation and is still as popular more than ten years later - but let's just appreciate how talented, intelligent and kind J.K. Rowling is, all of these little quotes are life lessons to me. This whole series teaches so much about family, friendship, morals, respect and loyalty. I will, always, love Harry Potter and have it in my heart.

My favorite line is after Harry is always told he’s safe in Dumbledore’s presence. After leaving the cave in Half Blood Prince, Dumbledore is so weak he’s being carried by Harry. Harry says, “don’t worry professor, I can apparatus us both back, don’t worry. “ and Dumbledore replies, “I’m not worried, Harry. I’m with you.” Or something like that

how i still remember..when i was a kid..i keep went to my friend house watching these movies..and that time my english was not so good so i didnt understand a little bit about all the stories..but somehow deep down i really enjoyed watching it that time..its just makes my heart so happy...and at this moment when i rewatched all the movies again i can feel all the whole stories back again..i grew up with harry potter and i will always will. The moment when I read "But Sirius did not reappear"....... my heart was stunned after reading this as if someone pointed a wand and yelled "stupefy" to the fullest.
The line "But Sirius did not reappear" still gives me chills. It's been 5-6 years since I first read the book but it still makes we want to throw things around like Harry did.

And yes, in many many ways, I have found my home n family in Harry Potter books and the movies.. This video is surely a testament to all #HP fans across the globe confirming the fact that even though the books n the movies are over, the legend stays on.. It's the stuff of generations and wen I have a child, will be passed down to her/him so that even they can find the same comfort I found in HP.
