Hi Win thank you for your comment, really appreciate it. Yes there are units at Symphony suites being cheaper. Thus the resale vs new launch price difference. In fact in May 2022, Symphony Suites as a resale condo are already transacting at $1,105psf to $1,230psf (while north gaia is mostly also around $1,176psf to $1,2XXpsf) meaning the condo at this area also made money. If u r interested in Symphony Suites, you can let me know too 😉. I believe once Tengah EC launch, North Gaia EC units will Sell. Buyers are waiting and assessing the current market situation.

Copen Grand EC sold 73% on launch day, North Gaia units are moving too. 01 ~ 26 Oct , 14 Units sold. Probably spillover from Copen Grand as predicted.
It can't be the income because Copen Grand and Tenet sold well.. what is the % sold for all 3 now ah?

Why would you pay 1 million dollars to stay in that part of Yishun ? Symphony suites is much cheaper, together with skies miltonia

Till now only 36% sold. Next time you want to sell also difficult. Also selling price won't be good.
