When join it, look like not join at all, look like still split at some part

Most likely, you have extra lines on the line, and most likely on the top line, so when you draw the shape, delete the top line and draw it again, after that apply the _join command to the finished figure so that it becomes one whole spline

Why when loft, Why when the loft doesn't work? Looks like everyone hasn't joined yet, what's the solution?

You need to select the figure and type the command "_join". Here 5:11

at 7:45, the line doesnt want to connect to the corner itnstead it wants to conenct at the end points for the reference lines in between the boat, what do i do.

At the status bar , right click polar tracking, click tracking setting, select object snap, check the object snap on (box), check the end point box. I hope it works.
