Ingredients
1/2 kilo Chicken breast
2 pcs Eggs
1/2 cup Clear Soda drink (Sprite)
1 pack Spicy Breading Mix ( Your favorite and any brand)
1 and 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Steps
1. Cut chickens in cubes or small parts.
2. Marinate chickens in 2 eggs, Clear soda, salt and pepper for 20-30 mins.
3. Once marinated, throw a piece in the flour mixture ( Flour and Breading mix)
4. Gently pack the chicken in the flour to create the crunchy texture. Always shake to remove excess flour.
5. Throw directly in the oil every after coating.
6. Cook in medium low fire for 3-5 mins.
7. Use a kitchen towel to get the excess oil.
