  • Chick Webb Memorial Recreation Center has been a community anchor for 75 years and a city historic landmark since 2017. We are delighted to have Ronald Miles, President of the RJY Chick Webb Council, as our guest star today to tell us about the virtuoso drummer that helped start this center and the exciting construction work happening at the site now. Thanks for watching and see you next week with another video!
This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." Every week, we’ll record a short video about a different historic place in Baltimore and post it on our Facebook page and RUclips channel.
