As much as I'd like another effective starter, Braves need a guy in the pen like him that can throw big heat. We have a bunch of good relievers but need someone that can blow batters away.

I am hopeful that Lopez and Ynoa start in Bullpen and stretch-out this season; in order to Actually become "SP ready" by Allstar break. AA shld have options after All-star imo.

@@jizz1488Lopez is already stretched out. They all literally have six weeks of spring training and he has been preparing to start since he was signed months ago. With all that said, he will be given every opportunity to begin the season as a starter because Elder had minor league options which means they'll have an extra spot in the bullpen that they can use for someone else. Right now it's crowded so as the season goes on then they can then make other moves accordingly.

Reynaldo López should be most valuable in the bullpen. GO BRAVES ⚾
Ideally he will be a starter because Elder can be sent down and the pen is overcrowded with depth so him starting will let someone else take a spot in the pen. And then as the season progresses things will shape out.
