@@BabysitterSky He was pretty much on the same gear then any bodybuilder in the 70s and 80s. Also, juicing alone doesn't build muscles - you still need to work hard plus you need the genetics for it. He is 69 years old, still fit and looks very good for his age. I know of people who in their end 50s were saying how healthy and fit they are, and in their mid 60s barely could walk...

Arnold beat him mentally. In pumping iron, Arnold had the mental edge by talking himself up as the best and he wasn't bowing down to nobody. Arnold was basically the version of Ali in his prime.

I'm fifty four years old and I have a poster I bought of Lou as the Incredible Hulk when I was a child, and it hangs proudly in my office today. These old school bodybuilder knew about nutrition. Yeah, people crack on them for steroids, but they did not have the amount of supplementation and protein shakes that we have today when Ferrigno started. They had to figure out to do it with actual food.
I am a big fan of Lou and met him once at a car show in the 70's.he has been my inspiration for fitness.watched him portray the Hulk and no one will ever surpass him as the hulk
