Thanks for the video, helped a lot - you don't need to remove the outside handle - you can access to the cable end once the 3 torx are out - use a small screwdriver to push the plastic tabs up on the cable bracket and it drops off- quarter turn the cable and it unlatches - install is reverse.

Don’t need to take the speaker out. Don’t need to take the window mech out. Slide it to the side drop the lock mech to the bottom and it comes out easy.
Tape the window up too

Thanks guys, only had to use the hot glue once. Should have rewatched the section on where the clips are for the outer door handle cover.
