The actuator is a FoMoCo (Ford) part and very cheap to replace as long as you don’t buy it from Land-rover. The casing should have the cover attached from new
You can take the 13mm bolts that hold the cable on without taking the cables off. Just need a somewhat skinny 13mm open ended wrench. Less work. Great video!
Part was one day Amazon, $27. Back in the back. So silly they don't have a release when it fails...like every other electrical part on this car. Luckily found the manual release for the parking brake when it failed.
