My favorite movie reference is in Lego Star Wars 3 the clone wars. In the level where you fight the geonosis queen, there’s a mech from aliens.
I wish it was a playable vehicle in Lego Star Wars Saga
@@At-px6rm the reason its not is due to licensing. they can show it but to have it be usable is due to licensing
Mine is in Lego Star Wars 3 too, but it‘s a Minikit-Quest in the Rugosa Level Witz Master Yoda.
8:17-8:33 "LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens" also did this iconic Indiana Jones reference.
13:06-13:09 The Avengers fought the Chitauri, not Centurions.
17:01-17:28 This cutscene is during ROTJ, not ANH. Plus, the first level in ROTJ doesn't start until you go to Jabba's palace.
Im 100% sure no human reviewed the script.
For the "Don't I Know You?" trophy in Lego Marvel Super Heroes, not only were the Human Torch and Captain America played by Chris Evans, but in the game, both heroes are voiced by Roger Craig Smith, aka Sonic the Hedgehog
I recognized it immediately
@@soyboydj6875 Really adds an extra layer of fun to the "Don't I Know You"? trophy. Honestly, I'm surprised WatchMojo didn't acknowledge this little fact.
Lego games have their charm with easter eggs to popular movies and pop culture
"One of those weird theater kids" -MojoPlays
I found a Lord of the Rings reference in free play in The Skywalker Saga last night. Beaumont Kin made a "second breakfast" comment. Dominic Monaghan played Beaumont Kin in The Rise of Skywalker, and he also played the Hobbit Merry in the Lord of the Rings movies.
My favourite is Goodfellas reference in Undercover.
There's also another refence to the Movie Titanic during the first Cutscene in Lego City Undercover as well
In LEGO Marvel superheroes 2 sir Percy says "tis but a scratch". I don't remember if it's when you select him, or when you get killed as him.
An Honorable Mentions, Mouth (Pete) recognizes Gizmo from somewhere, and Benji of the IMF, where Benji (Simon Pegg) references his "Shaun of the Dead" counterpart in "LEGO Dimensions"
As well as Samuel L. Jackson Nods to "Snakes on a Plane" and "Pulp Fiction" in "LEGO Marvel Superheroes"
Han Solo AND his flexible Neck, what a Classic!
Superb Video!
13:54 WHY DOES NOBIDY POINT OUT MARTY BEING ATTACKED? That should count as a reference too. Am I the only one that's noticed him?
In lego marvel superheroes 1 there is a pulp fiction reference when you set up the dj booth nick fury says” and you will know I am the DJ when I lay my beats upon you!”
It's shown in the video for the Hulk/Dirty Dancing reference, but they don't comment on it for some reason, so I'm glad someone else pointed it out lmao
With the debate over who shot first, I can say it was Greedo who shot first. I did some freeze-framing while watching that scene, and when the first blaster bolt appeared, I saw it was coming from Greedo's blaster. I was told that when the movie was first released, they had Han shoot first, but then I believe I heard that when the movie was first released, Greedo didn't shoot at all and it was just Han that shot.
I knew that the 1989 batman theme played when running around in the batcave but I never knew the boss battle with joker was a lego version of the 1989 movie. I have both of the UCS 1989 batman sets in my lego collection and plan to get the smaller ones later this year because I want to make a batman museum for my lego city.
“I’ve got a jar of dirt. I got a jar of dirt.”
I Hope Tt next Created a Lego James Bond Video Game and Marvel Superheroes 3.
Have you guys gotten about marvel superheroes where Mr fantastic was parachuting with invisible woman and the thing and says the phrase "I saw this in a movie once".Movie reference the first incredibles film where elastic girl was parachuting with her son and daughter while saving them after a plane explosion.
I wonder. Do all the Indy references tease a new lego Indiana Jones game maaaaybe? I'm hopin
I want to see a Lego justice league game not just the Batman games but the whole crew
Does Lego DC supervillians count as a lego JL game i know u play as the villians that takes on the crime syndicate that are a villian version of the justice league
Lego Batman 3 is about the League
I lego city undercover theris also a titanic easter egg right at the beginning cut scene when the ship docks
Good Video
I still laugh at the Marvel Superheroes Snakes on the Helicarrier sidequest.
In the original script and the first shooting, Greedo shot first, Han moved his head a little to the side and then shot. But Lucas did not like it and made Han shoot first
I’m surprised Lego city undercover didn’t show up more there’s so many references from titanic to terminator
The first 2 were literally just on another list lol
7:32 awful there were great movies
lego is op
LEGO Marvel VS LEGO DC!
hi
😯
No, Fant4stic was horrendously awful. The Tim Story movies are okay.
Especially the second one
In Lego marvel 2. During a party scene captain marvel mentions she loves “brie” cheese. Clearly. Referencing Brie Larson
