16:50 to 18:10 is the whole Karnak complex that took me days to end as a kid.
And this guy finish it in 80 seconds. What the hell
When the Introduction Level takes almost 1/3 of the whole speedrun xd

The executive producers are indeed brothers ^^. Jeremy founded core design, sold it in the first half of the 90s and then was CEO of the studio. His brother was a "normal" employee at the studio.
What is exactly happening with the binocular skips? how does that work? all I see is binocular view, a button click and then loading screen

My dad bought the German version of the game by mistake back in the day, so we never completed it due to us not understanding much lol. Still have my German ps1 version though
Congratulations and thanks! Personally I think that Any% full of glitches are the most funny to watch.
I'm a new follower so maybe you did it already, but it would be interesting to explain tricks and glitches. For example I assume that you throw torches to cancel animation after a long fall, but sometimes I see you draw and holster weapons for no reason, that kind of things.
I have done videos of mechanics of these games. Can be found from Guide - playlist. But drawing guns cancels the camera hints game gives and also gives max turning speed if fully equipped, Instead of accelerated

I honestly dont know the exact reasoning why and how the warp works but l could try to ask the person who found it and add it to description

@@pseudopulk3478 Yes, the credit warp setup only works on this specific version. Level data files are different across the versions and german version warps are like 14min faster

Damn. In the American version of this game you can't skip anything in the opening tutorial.
You can, just press Look to skip the dialogues. Only difference between German and US is level files for the warp glitch.

Doesnt matter, theres always one key to skip it

l found out that on NTSC-U 1.0 you can skip dialogues but you cannot in NTSC-U 1.1. Just to clarify things
