if you actually dodge and block, matt's not that hard. his punches might break your ribs or cave in your skull, but they're still slow enough to dodge, and right after you dodge, that's the perfect opening for a punch.
He should train in punch out wii then
the strat i always used when playing wii sports boxing was to constantly sidestep back and forth and get those sweet counter punches in
The game goes slow mo after dodging some punches and you can use that time to get a punch into their opening.
