Thanks for sharing, very informative! How did you know the bushing went out on the machine ? It's not like there was excessive play on the feed roller right ?

Hi thank you, it’s a service item at a set hours run time but the squeaking noise when it was running is the give away sometimes on these, I had spoken to the local dealers who had also explained the same, the wear you can see will cause the noise.

How many hours your machine has , and how often you have to change that ?

Do you not need any oil at all on the brass bush ? (Not questioning your work at all)I'm currently doing mine , which has led me to your channel, just the ticket thanks for posting this cheers.

Apparently not I did put some dry lube Ptfe spray on it ! It’s a dry install just like the St6 etc! One thing we did have was the squeak reappear and it was actually the top roller out of alignment and rubbing on the feed chute side ! Warranty job for realignment but the bush replacement is not covered hence me doing it !

@TheGingerGeniu78 ah thanks for that , i have a unusual grinding noise every now and then ,seems to be feed roller related hence me changing the bush , Pretty sure the noise will still be there afterwards as well tends to be the normal situation for me as well! At least its something refreshed and all good in either case ! Thanks for reply

@@nathanwindle9816 you can soon tell if they are rubbing on the chute when stopped spray some WD40 or similar on the chute and end of feed roll if noise changes or goes it’s rubbing there ! :)
