I was incredibly fortunate to meet Mary Elizabeth Mcglynn & she was just the sweetest person! She & I spoke for a good ten minutes & it was a highlight of my life!
The good thing about the Silent Hill games is that they're all depressing and there's never a truly happy ending. it's supposed to be an introspection of the victims trapped in Silent Hill. No sugar coating, no rest, no fun. Just pure crude facts about their life and deeds
Silent Hill 3 in my opinion had the best soundtrack, especially with the songs that were sung by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn. They perfectly capture the human psyche and what depression feels like. I first played the first 3 SH games during a very rough time in my life, I suffered from depression and playing these games helped me in a sense; I realized that things could be much worse. I did get help fortunately and I am much better now. This may sound cheesy as all hell, but SH is a very important part of my life. I love the original 3 games with all my heart, the later games with the exception of shattered memories failed to capture the same feelings that the original 3 did Konami needs to do something with SH or sell it off to a developer that actually gives a shit about making a good SH game.

I think that "hole" is a hole in James's memories. Why this "hole" gone now? Because James cover this with his imagination of Mary's death. But Silent Hill 4: The Room always in my heart.

She might been dead from the start of the game, in this case it's not really imagination... It's really interesting how in SH2 ending can change the whole plot of the game, I haven't really seen something like that anywhere else...

Goes from voice direction of Cowboy Bebop to Silent Hill's Soundtrack and working with Akira Yamaoka. Seeing as Akira is coming back for the new game we might see her again, I truely hope we due. With her chilling but soothing voice, there isn't anybody I can think of who could do that better.

Joseph Marion SH4 is a really unique game in the franchise. Most things regarding that game have a really special charm.
