@@neilpatpat Shin Gouki version (SFV) is access able when you play on SFII Arcade Mode, in Global Version he got renamed as True Akuma with Nerfed Stats and his Shun Gokusatsu is no longer hitting his opponent's lifebar into half (50%) anymore, but 35%.
