How I detect fake eggs
1. Break and offer it to dogs they will smell and reject it outright
2 keep them in sunshine for a few days and still they will NOT SPOIL or give foul odour , thanks for highlighting other differences ,

Fake Egg Information What I have been experienced and realized 1) It looks very shiny and smooth and completely white in color (But it is very difficult to distinguish betwn fake n original piece). 2) Fake egg supplier generally mixed it with original... for ex If you buy 12 egg...out of which nearly 8 eggs are fake due to which you could not recognize which one is original and which one is fake by its appearance. 3) If you break original egg...it will split up easily with one small strike but in case Fake it would not break sharply and having plastic-paper like film inside the shell...you can easily take it out wash and dry. 4) Boiled fake egg can not break when you frequently drop it from 1 to 2 feet height ...and it act like plastic ball....but in case of original it will break when you dropping in the same manner. 5) When you cut boiled fake egg by string it will shows mark of cutting like plastic at cutting surfaces. 6) If you smell the white boiled part of fake egg ...its seems like medicinal or any drug like smell. 7) If you fry the boil fake egg it will produce plastic smell. 8) In Fake egg oily part easily mixed with yellow part and for original it is separated unit one in oily liquid part of egg.
Lot of time I am being deceived by glossary shop and mall. Almost all shops selling fake egg mixed with few original. If you want to buy original egg then purchase at on chicken shops...There is less chances for getting fake Eggs.
Sorry but ur information is totally wrong, there is no techniques available to make perfect looking fake egg, the eggs which u r calling fake is nothing but old eggs, first read scientific reports before spreading fake news

Eggs yolks color depends upon the feed given to the hens, if broken rice feed is given then the yolks color will be whitish yellow, if corn feed is given then the yolks color will be yellow, best method to find out fake eggs is, boil the eggs remove the shell and burn the white part it will easily catch fire and smell like plastic, similar method to test any fake items just set fire 🔥, this method can be applied on any packet snacks,

No that's not true actually the other egg is fresh egg and the one she saying plastic is actually wasn't used for days. So when you don't use eggs for more than a week the yolk becomes the same as she is telling you about plastic eggs. Simple. You can try at home. She is fooling people.
