My mum usually put them in soups and they taste amazing as they soak up all the flavours! Happy Chinese New Year, hope you have a great year ahead ❤️

I went through all the emotions, because budget eats is so much more than a regular cooking show. it's what all content creators wish to be but can't, because the only way to do this is with authenticity. this episode was awesome, it was worth waiting for such a long time. I went through all the emotions, because budget eats is so much more than a regular cooking show. it's what all content creators wish to be but can't, because the only way to do this is with authenticity. I cried because I also miss my mum that lives on the other side of the world, I giggled because your grandma is so sweet, I awwed when Fred sat with you at the table patiently waiting for BE FED WITH SOME OF THOSE THINGS! you are one of very few people I am willing to watch for 2.5 hours just mixing questionable expired ingredients and see if it works or maybe not at all, just like in life. 100/10!

These meals are wonderful tributes to your mom and grandma. My own mom passed away almost 25 years ago, and only now am I realizing that my mom's birthday coincides with Lunar New Year. I'll definitely be cooking something in her honor this week. Great reminder to relax and enjoy and treat yourself well. The little stuff doesn't really matter!
