Calgary Transit #970 is a 1978 General Motors T6H-5307N "New Look"- Route 89. Recorded on northbound 14th Street with some hill climbing to start, then some high speed action. Afterwards, we hit the residential areas of Macewan and Sandstone, finishing at Sandstone terminal, where the bus continues to Beddington, it's final destination. This bus seems to have pretty healthy engine too! See 6:52 for exterior takeoff sound!

It really does sound like the transmission is holding onto first and second longer than usual!
