As a pistons fan, I think your assessment is fair because we were over performing to start out with, we are coming back down because Jaden Ivey is not the #2 option, imo he over performed I really don't see him being a good player could change but if you want an explanation I could, Jalen Duren just sucks I don't know what happened he was never amazing but had all the tools to be the best big man in the league (one of) holland is getting better and so is Ausar but he's been out. Nobody can do anything elite outside of Cade except Ausar on defense but he's been out like I said, and Beasley and Stewart being really good (Stewart should make a defensive team or be considered, Beasley should be in 6th man of year considerations) Tobias Harris also kinda sucks this year idk why he's regressed even more. It's just been cade carry job pretty much. Cade is just insane if he was on a different team with actual threats he would be averaging 10 + assists he's already at 9.4, he should be an all star but we just suck rn. Our only saving grace is somehow Duren or Ivey to become better but I don't see that, or our young #5 wings to start improving which is definitely possible, Ron is getting better, Ausar just needs to play more but his shot already a lot different.
Everyone's high on the Cavs because of great regular season start. Even if they continue, I'm not betting them past the 2nd round in the playoffs. I'm not a gambler but I should check if the odds are enough to convince me to put money on it. I'm not the gambling type with money.
It’s a mistake to keep underestimating the Cavs just cause all media ignores them and to bet money against a young team that’s steadily improved every year. Maybe if half their team is out injured including Mitchell, like last year when they lost to Boston in the playoffs, but any team will struggle if they have 6 people out including multiple starters
Love ur optimism for the wolves. We will turn the season around. Also, Rudy has been exceptional on defense lately and is even shooting well from the line!
Hawks still pretty underrated, got good depth when healthy and have been playing well, Jalen Johnson, Dyson Daniels and Hunter have really stepped up, I think this team will suprise a lot of people this year.
If and a big if based on history Bogie, Hunter and Okongwu stay healthy what a great compact bench, 45 points+ a night. I legit see a ECfinals opportunity if they can get a 6 seed.
The Pelicans are actually in a great spot since they can now tank in one of the deeper draft classes and come out swinging next year. They might even be the ones to capture the Flagg that would be pretty insane.
ngl the cavs should be put over the mavs and id even say above Celtics. Not trying to cause a fight. But they’re team has great efficiency three point shooting chemistry and defense
I think the spurs and the grizzlies are the teams to watch. I do have a suspicion that young teams will make the play offs but the vets will step up and take them out despite their seed
not enough discussion about the hornets health as well. forgetting mark williams, tre mann, brandon miller early season, lamelo missed 2 weeks, nick richards missed many games, grant out the season. Health is the only thing keeping the hornets out of the play-in status and middle of the east. development and allocating the correct fits for the hornets roster is the next step in getting to the top of the east. the foundation is there more than any team in the east at the bottom, but ill agree for now the hornets are ranked appropriately.
Divincenzo isn't disappointing. They don't give him the minutes. The guy can score 30 a night easily but Minnesota doesn't play him for that offense. They should though cause they'll be in the playoffs but their not winning it.
It's funny how when Cleveland beat Boston they were "banged up" but you somehow forgot to mention when Boston beat Cleveland, Cleveland was banged up as well and their best shooter was 3-23. Did you also know that Boston shot over 60 percent from 3's and they only won by 3. They aren't going to consistently shoot anywhere near that nor is Garland going to go 3-23 again. At least be fair because you're disingenuous at best.
Well..TBF..Boston was dominating them at points in that game. Cleveland got back into by attacking (smartly) Neemy a 3rd string center on a good day. Put KP in there instead, and it likely would have been the blow out that it was looking to be earlier in the game. Of course, the cavs were still banged up as you said
The reason for the markannan drop off is I’ve heard from jazz fans the coaches and staff are trying to develop him into a iso player who can post up and get you a bucket like Kevin durant and his just not that his more of a klay Thompson so I don’t think it’s markannan the jazz coaches and markannan are just trying something different and trying to develop his game more to not just be a spot up shooter

How is cavs third best record in nba😅
Everyone's high on the Cavs because of great regular season start. Even if they continue, I'm not betting them past the 2nd round in the playoffs. I'm not a gambler but I should check if the odds are enough to convince me to put money on it. I'm not the gambling type with money.
It’s a mistake to keep underestimating the Cavs just cause all media ignores them and to bet money against a young team that’s steadily improved every year. Maybe if half their team is out injured including Mitchell, like last year when they lost to Boston in the playoffs, but any team will struggle if they have 6 people out including multiple starters
It's unbelievable how many people doubt them but praise Orlando who they beat last year in the playoffs.
@@stephaniechaffin1154 that was a close 7 game series tbf
Hawks should be higher of course. We even had injuries earlier this year and if you take those away we’re 3-4 wins better
This guy the type of guy to say Mavs in 5 in the 2024 NBA finals. Serious Celtics disrespect
You’re sleeping on the Hawks. They have the DPOY MIP and 6MOTY on their team
Finally showing the Magic some love 👍
Pistons fan here. Good ranking hoping we don’t finish strong cause Cade and a top 3 pick this draft would have me loving life
Yal are forever cursed to get 5th overall picks
Love ur optimism for the wolves. We will turn the season around. Also, Rudy has been exceptional on defense lately and is even shooting well from the line!
I’m biased but with the emergence of Pritchard the Celtics are still the team to beat. As long as porzingis is healthy they #1. Too much firepower.
Hawks still pretty underrated, got good depth when healthy and have been playing well, Jalen Johnson, Dyson Daniels and Hunter have really stepped up, I think this team will suprise a lot of people this year.
Thunder over Celtics that is just sad the Celtics are the Nba champs and they beat the Mavs and the Mavs beat the Thunder
Okc got Alex Caruso and Iheart, you can’t rank stuff based on last year
@Synx181
@Synx181 Ok so you are admitting that you were bad last season coach of the year😆
The Hawks at #17 is waaaay too low dawg😬😬
pistons fan here. no i would say 23 is right for now. would love to be 20 by the end of the year. this year would be a huge success
If and a big if based on history Bogie, Hunter and Okongwu stay healthy what a great compact bench, 45 points+ a night. I legit see a ECfinals opportunity if they can get a 6 seed.
They are like one year away from that. Jalen Johnson needs some playoff experience before he’s legit
The Pelicans are actually in a great spot since they can now tank in one of the deeper draft classes and come out swinging next year. They might even be the ones to capture the Flagg that would be pretty insane.
Only if they choose to tank. Their players are coming back and likely gonna be mid sooner than later.
@Shortballa11 they should just tank they wont win anything and they're looking to trade BI.
Hawks are better than the heat bro, come on bro, and the kings are not better than us
ngl the cavs should be put over the mavs and id even say above Celtics. Not trying to cause a fight. But they’re team has great efficiency three point shooting chemistry and defense
Hawks at 17. Lmao.
I don’t get the Heat love on this channel, they’re old and not that good. Good coach and Tyler Herro having a great year. That’s it.
Video 5 of asking where you got the ticker on your shelf from!!! LOVE THE VIDS Keep it up bro all love❤️
Called a tidbyt! And thank you!
I think the spurs and the grizzlies are the teams to watch. I do have a suspicion that young teams will make the play offs but the vets will step up and take them out despite their seed
Warriors got robbed against rockets. The refs were kindergarten kids picking favourites
As a thunder fan I’m so happy we are doing good without Chet when we get him back it’s over
Ur trolling hawks at 17 they’re top 10😂 they were hurt to start the season
not enough discussion about the hornets health as well. forgetting mark williams, tre mann, brandon miller early season, lamelo missed 2 weeks, nick richards missed many games, grant out the season. Health is the only thing keeping the hornets out of the play-in status and middle of the east. development and allocating the correct fits for the hornets roster is the next step in getting to the top of the east. the foundation is there more than any team in the east at the bottom, but ill agree for now the hornets are ranked appropriately.
Nah. if Boston and OKC meet in the finals,it might go 7 but I like Boston's chances.
Hiii, I was wondering what that was in the background that has the NBA game times and scores displayed. Its so cool
Agreed. Thunder @ #1.
Still a good way from full potential with good health and the reigning coach of the year.
Divincenzo isn't disappointing. They don't give him the minutes. The guy can score 30 a night easily but Minnesota doesn't play him for that offense. They should though cause they'll be in the playoffs but their not winning it.
You consistently underrate the Hawks
It's funny how when Cleveland beat Boston they were "banged up" but you somehow forgot to mention when Boston beat Cleveland, Cleveland was banged up as well and their best shooter was 3-23. Did you also know that Boston shot over 60 percent from 3's and they only won by 3. They aren't going to consistently shoot anywhere near that nor is Garland going to go 3-23 again. At least be fair because you're disingenuous at best.
what
Well..TBF..Boston was dominating them at points in that game. Cleveland got back into by attacking (smartly) Neemy a 3rd string center on a good day. Put KP in there instead, and it likely would have been the blow out that it was looking to be earlier in the game. Of course, the cavs were still banged up as you said
Bro I agree
i totally agree with everything you said 100% nice takes
Spurs 20 is crazy. Should be like 15, 16 or 17
until they ship away Duren and/or Ivey you're on point as always with the Pistons
Heat over the Bucks? Yeah no…
solid list beside the hawks and wolves
Here’s a hot take for your next video: OKC should trade for Jokic
I prefer to look at this list upside down.
OKC Thunder ⛈️ 🏀
The reason for the markannan drop off is I’ve heard from jazz fans the coaches and staff are trying to develop him into a iso player who can post up and get you a bucket like Kevin durant and his just not that his more of a klay Thompson so I don’t think it’s markannan the jazz coaches and markannan are just trying something different and trying to develop his game more to not just be a spot up shooter
Bucks 14th is insane
You should add the change in rankings from your last ranking
how are we blazers 28 1 place above jazz when we lost to them by like 45 classic billups era masterclass
“Moussa Diabetes”
My man SROS I had to turn it off when you had the Atlanta Hawks at 17 bro. I don't understand what you are doing. There is no way you could know anything other than going by their record. The Hawks had a lot of injuries to start the season. Since getting healthy they are 10-2 with wins over all the good team. I don't think you know what you are talking about
Complete Hawk Hate.
matt can you do a suns jimmy butler rebuild with all the rumors going on
The hype on okc is crazy second round max
@@toli.3235 you should actually eatvh okc play, trust me there are many good reasons as to why they are getting the hype
My Pacers been playing like 30.
