  • Switched over to the stock Mopar column shift linkage cause of B&M's floor shifter dumb cable design that doesn't like heat.

    I had dropped my column to remove my dart's cluster and now the shift indicator is one gear off. I had to twist the column in order for it to be correct but mounting holes were then off. I think my adjustment on the rod may have gotten knocked off position or something. This is the only video I could find on how this linkage works. Awesome video, I should be able to put it in park and adjust that rod all the way out until it stops to get it all lined up again

    I'm keeping column shifter in my Duster it's slant 6 aircondition drum brakes.

    I got so much slop in my linkage that the Neutral Safety switch isn't making in P and I have to throw it in N just to start the car. That thing sucks.
