I worked for capital one as a new grad for 2 years, capital one internship program is great and barrier to entry isn't high. I'd suggest all freshman/sophomores in undergrad to apply and just study the tagged leetcode problems, you should be able to get an offer.
Interns get paid ~55-70 per hour depending on location. Also, you get put into a legit internship program and network with a ton of really smart kids from great universities who will jump to FAANG after. I'd highly recommend as a precursor to joining big tech.

      Hi @armankhondker,
I have a pair programming interview with Capital One coming up Next Week. Is it possible to connect as I will like to get some insight from your experience.
Will be glad to hear from you. Thanks🙏

@@lycan2494 Well even if you practice a bunch, people get very nervous during the actual interview, which causes them to not perform well. They only emailed me to continue for the mid-senior internship i was devastated because of the insane gap - i had applied to the beginner internship.
I couldnt appeal or anything, why did they do that i feel like it was intentional?

Personally, I would say from my experience, I don't care about the outcome of the interview either getting selected or not getting selected.
If you set up your mind like that, you would feel less stressed and relaxed.
It works most of the time.
