    That joke and smile at 0:14 is cute as fuck. Thank you for the insight.

    I'd agree with this one as well. I'm a student in academia, in my department there are practically zero gamma SFs and I've met maybe one or two other gamma NTs.
    Without the natural "camaraderie" of other gammas it can feel like I'm doing work for no point, even if it is objectively important "scientifically". I think it's like if another gamma sociotype does not directly express interest in the work I subjectively feel like anyone could do it (although this may or may not be the case).
    I'll even seek out gamma SFs that ask me to do large tasks not related to my real job because they usually need a little help with logistics to get something going.
    Seeking out passion mixed with realistic opportunity to actually achieve something no-one thought would work is what could probably separate the gamma NTs from alpha. Alpha probably isn't interested in those types of things or feels similarly like anyone could do it.

    Might come off as my own unvalued Fi, but I find part of the reason ESIs need LIEs is because their stubborn Fi and Ne polr can actually make them incredibly biased. Everyone has some bias but ESI can be blind to its own.
    Quickly judging someone based on how you feel about them is not figuring them out. Now, certainly Fi correctly evaluates whether a person does or does not fit your individual preference, but not whether or not they're objectively "awesome" or the scum of the earth.
    I also saw recently something I find to be very true: people are less likely to want to cooperate with you, or even positively evaluate you in return, if theres a noticeable lack of trust in your part. Caution with a number of things is understandable, condemnation without any logic however creates a vicious cycle.

      What’s important to note here is that an Fi type will feel confident and stubborn in their own assessments of a person’s character. It’s of course their personal opinion.

    Can an ILI ever beat an LIE in efficiency and pragmatism ?

    • @PracticalSocionics
      @PracticalSocionics  Год назад +3

      Yes of course. As always it can depend on the context and the specific individuals involved.

    Gamma is often largely misunderstood. This whole thing about Gamma being business men only really applies to LIE. Even ILI isnt really that business oriented, in fact they're actually NEETs. Anyway, some people tend to think Gamma would throw their friends under the bus for the sake of their business, which is absolute bullsh*t. In fact, Gammas are the most fiercely loyal types regarding the people they consider friends or family or whatever. The harsh judgement of SeFi is all about fighting for your loved ones and fighting against people you judged unworthy. Every Gamma has that mentality although SF is more proactive with that. Even SEE, which somehow is considered a snake nowdays, values their friendships dearly and would die for their friends. The reason why people think SEE might befriend you and betray you later is because they do actually have the tendency to befriend people for personal gain, however these people are not considered friends. The ones who are truly close to a Gamma can be sure that they would do everything for them. This is a key aspect of Gamma Quadra but somehow people dont want to accept it.

    • @PracticalSocionics
      @PracticalSocionics  Год назад +1

      It’s not an accepting thing. There are some general misunderstandings on how certain Quadra’s operate. In other cases there are flat disagreements on what the correct behaviors should be.

      I don't agree with your claims here. I think the most fiercely loyal type is the ESI (and LSI) - the ESI to individuals and the LSI to principles, and all other types are less loyal than those two. I don't think the Gammas are any more loyal than the Betas, we're just loyal to different things. And I think the types who have Fi (or Ti) in Mobilizing and Creative positions are less loyal than the types who have it as Base. And in some sense you could even see Te as loyal to facts and objective truth -- e.g. numbers and data, with Te base loyal to this above everything else and can even be accidentally disloyal to individuals due to having such a poor grasp on their relationship status with people.
      And to your point about the SEE being a snake, this is true when Fi is in Creative or Mobilizing. It is a semi-valued position where it can be used flexibly and creatively in favor of the Base function's desires and be turned on/off at will, unlike the Base which is always on and always valued, and the Suggestive which is almost never on but always valued.
      So you aren't likely to see snake-like behavior from ESIs, as staying true to one's personal relationships is valued above everything else. But you could see it from any of the other Gamma types, although I think the LIE would do this mostly accidentally, as they actually take Fi very seriously, but due to having such a poor usage of it could end up looking snakey.
      TBH I wouldn't trust any of the Gammas for personal loyalty except the ESI. Everyone else should be considered to have conflicts of interest.

      Id have to say that as an SEE i dont agree with some of the points you mentioned but I agree with the gist of it. A lot of acquaintances but very few close friends is my reality.

    • @PracticalSocionics
      @PracticalSocionics  Год назад

      @@jcivilis533 I’d say that’s the how all the Gammas are likely to feel, particularly the Extraverted Gammas. “Lots of acquaintances , few close friends.”

    • @jcivilis533
      @jcivilis533 Год назад

      @@PracticalSocionics yeah definitely, role fe and demo fe also plays a role in that obviously. Those elements cause LIEs/SEEs to be more focused on group emotions than the introverted gammas so people will see them as more of a friend thsn ESIs or ILIs. I have a ton of friends who consider me friendly because I can interact with them and do the fe thing but its generally not mutual

    I think Vlad Vincent really captured the essence of judging axes, being that Fe/Ti is concerned with universality (common emotional space and theoretical framework) and Te/Fi is more concerned with particularity (varied attitudes towards others and factual information).
    That being said (Ti nitpick coming), I'm confused about the message of this video. I do agree that Gammas are best suited to matters related to running a business (and that they're likely to treat their lives and relationships like a business), but I'm not sure why your video is titled "Te/Fi axis" without the mention of Se and Ni. Is there a reason the title doesn't match the content? Was the mention of Gamma meant to imply Se/Ni? There are some other nitpicks I have with the assessments as well (Fe comraderie also keeps morale high enough to save lives) but the lack of consistency between the two statements in the title is puzzling.

    • @PracticalSocionics
      @PracticalSocionics  Год назад

      Strangely, I don’t understand your confusion. The focus of the video was to discuss the use and importance of Te/Fi with Gammas. The application knowledge and the need for reliable relationships in business. It’s a talent that Betas don’t focus on.
      There was no need to go into Se/Ni which betas also use.

      @@PracticalSocionics But you also felt the need to explicitly exclude Delta in the video proper but not in the video title. That's where I'm confused.

      I mentioned Delta. But the focus was on how this helps Gamma. Delta types are usually not as interested in serious business as described here.

      @STS-Typology Год назад

      @bradleyrodgers7722 if the question you are asking is "does NiSe make one prone to going into business since Deltas are not in business" then the answer is yes.
      Business environments are competitive and require fast paced action (Se) and long term thinking and strategizing (Ni) along with what is mentioned in this video about TeFi.
      It's for those reasons Deltas are not as business oriented as Gammas.
