I also scored a 4 tray Excalibur on Amazon for $99 (it’s a good start), i was gifted a juicer, and already have a vita mix. I also have been wanting to go raw to see how I like it, listening to you and a few others I have reached high raw but everyone around me still eats the sad diet. Does your web based meal planning app have a sample menu to start raw? Or is it teaching us to build our own menu? Also thank you for telling us about chef James class, I didn’t realize I needed to go ahead and start that.

@RawFoodRomance Are these able to be frozen in the silicone container? I’m asking because I realized I made too many at one time. I had them in fridge for A few days. I also realized the psyllium husk hit me pretty hard (bloated really bad) I was eating one whole wrap a day and my body isn’t used to that ingredient. I didn’t watch the other video first on taking it slow 😂.
She passed away with cancer (kidney - and drs believe it was in her brain and lungs but she refused all further testing and died within 3 weeks of coming home from the hospital after a fall broke her brittle back) on Feb 15th 2024 - she actually never even cured her cancer…… She hid that truth from everyone all while she did very restrictive protocols trying to “cure” it while promoting them - until her body and mind were super deficient. We took down any videos we did with her because she deceived even her own children sadly and it was irresponsible to keep them up promoting protocols that we do not feel are good or safe to share. The extreme protocols tend to get put on pedestals as magical cure-alls but we don’t really know what’s going on secretly behind the scenes and what deficiencies these are causing people. I know a few others who promote extreme protocols or theories who are also suffering behind the scenes with stuff they don’t share publicly. It’s important to be discerning when fantastic stories are told with restrictive theories 🩷

After it hits you personally, it becomes clear that these anecdotes can be very dangerous. We prefer to recommend variety and abundance and avoid the fasting/detox stuff.
