Daniel Rangel began his career as a Los Angeles real estate agent at the young age of eighteen, over a decade ago, during the great recession. When others were calling it quits, he was charging forward, finding opportunities for his clients where others saw problems. To some around the world, Daniel is better known as the founder of Creativum, a project with a social cause that he founded during a three-year sabbatical, in which he traveled the world alone with a small backpack and a camera. As a result of his eccentric entrepreneurial accomplishments during this adventure, he has been published in newspapers across the American continent, made television appearances, been a guest speaker at several universities, and given two TEDx talks on the topic of sales and creativity. I love Culver City. I live right next door and have been visiting since I was a child in the 70s and 80s. I have great memories of the city. Still a wonderful place.

We feel so lucky to live in Culver City--we bought our place in 2001 when Culver City first started really getting discovered and the housing market was heating up. I initially wondered whether we overpaid, but the market went another six years before the bubble burst in 2008-but by then, we already had built plenty of equity. My wife and I often say we'd never be able to afford to buy a house in Culver City today lol. On paper, our residence has tripled in value. And we feel fortunate that our kids got to go to school from kindergarten through high school. All this with a small town feel.

That's awesome! Interesting, how no matter when you buy, buyers always wonder and worry whether they overpaid. This shines light on: No one knows what's going to happen. But yup, that was a good time to buy, especially in culver city! A few years later and it would of been a different story. Thanks for sharing!

Hello! Encino, Tarzana good areas. A little father, but typically you get more for your dollar, bigger lots and houses for the dollar. 🤔 Maybe I'll be doing a video soon on these areas. Thank you for the feedback! Glad to hear you're liking the content!

Dude … Culver City has increasing crime and homelessness - you are not giving the full story at all.

Thanks for sharing, Lou! But isn't that Los Angeles in general? 🤷🏻‍♂️ My experience is that compared to like Santa Monica and Venice and other areas of LA, downtown Culver City is much better on the homeless issue. But thanks for sharing your thoughts!

The RUclipsr is also giving a way too simplistic characterization of the political scene. TARE sounds a bit too huggy-snuggly about "progressivism." In general, the LA area (and Calif overall) can't be judged as suffering because it's too (quote, unquote) rightwing.
