Daniel Rangel began his career as a Los Angeles real estate agent at the young age of eighteen, over a decade ago, during the great recession. When others were calling it quits, he was charging forward, finding opportunities for his clients where others saw problems. To some around the world, Daniel is better known as the founder of Creativum, a project with a social cause that he founded during a three-year sabbatical, in which he traveled the world alone with a small backpack and a camera. As a result of his eccentric entrepreneurial accomplishments during this adventure, he has been published in newspapers across the American continent, made television appearances, been a guest speaker at several universities, and given two TEDx talks on the topic of sales and creativity. He likes the outdoors, travel, photography, and writing. From Daniel Rangel you can expect a real estate experience that’s fun, up-front, honest, and pressure-free. westwood los angeles westwood real estate

Westwood is a great place to live, and it's full of history. There are GREAT places to eat, historic movie theaters, shops and more. It's a college town (UCLA) and chic too.

Great video as a kid Westwood was just Ucla and condos holmby and little holmby I never looked at it as Westwood. Also used to call beverly hills south of Wilshire the slums of Beverly Hills. I liked south of Wilshire cos your near hwy to get out of area to go somewhere. Live in NYC since 84 visit once in a while will comeback when Lucas museum opens up

Interesting video. I'd consider Holmby hills a separate neighborhood. I've spoken to Westwood residents who say crime and homelessness is quite bad now.

Thanks for sharing! Yes, Holmby Hills, I agree, is very unique to the rest of Westwood, but was developed by the same developer and also belongs to the Westwood Comunity Plan Area, registered with the city. As for crime, I would say you're a little more exposed, the further south you are.

Thank you, James. I appreciate it! Unfortunately, aside from zillow and apartments.com, wouldn't really know, as mostly do sales. Again, glad to to hear you liked the video.

    Hi
I live in Westwood. Great video! Did u have to get permission to drone? 🤔😁 I've been hesitant.

Hey Yaz, thank you! I am not really sure how it works. I hire the drone filmg out. And I believe they check some sort of source for equirements in each area. For example, in some areas they've mentioned that it's a no fly zone, or certain dates are off limits. Sorry I don't have more info.

Thanks Mohamed. That will be out soon, currently finishing the Palisades. Brentwood will probably be next. Since I am a practicing agent, it does take me a while to get them done. But I have fun making them 😁 Thank you.
