Thanks for the video. Any idea how to make the hands show Time Zone 2 time? Doesn't appear to be a way of putting the hands to any chosen time unlike previous Aerospace!
Good point Matthew. I am now on my 3rd B70 😬. And, unfortunately, the third is still getting the same problem with the hour hand. Sadly, this one will need to be returned. I think I may just have to wait 1 year until this issue gets addressed in the manufacture process. Very sad really as the watch is wonderful.
Hi Richard! Thank you for posting this very informative video. I am considering purchasing this watch however there are far too many instances of people complaining about the minute hand “wobble” and hour hand going out of sync every couple days, which is a cause of hesitation for me. If I may ask, what is your experience with this model ? Have you encountered any such known issues with this particular model ? Thank you in advance for your reply! 🙂
Hi Marshall. I have not expericed the proble with the minute hand. I have experieced the problem with the hour hand lagging behind after a week or two. I am now on my third B70 (the shop has really been good) and the third is still doing the same. Breightling know the problem and they are addressing the problem. Once they have a fix, I will be sending the third instance for a new fourth instance. This will undoubtedly take a few more months. The B70 is wonderful. If you are thinking about buying one, I would say YES! And, suffer the pain for a few more months until a fix has been released. It is a wonderful watch to wear for sure and comes with a four year warranty which is reasuring. Thoughts?
@@bankruptpensioner Hello Richard, Thank you for your response kind Sir! That is quite reassuring to hear that they are aware of and working on a fix. I DID purchase one and have to say it’s every bit as beautiful as it looks in your video, even better in person in fact. This is my first breitling and well it’s not a breitling if it isn’t memorable right ? Haha
@@MechMarshall7799 Well done, you are part of a very respectful club ❤. Whilst my other two Breightlings have been perfect, I am happy for the B70 to have such a 'quirk'. I know, at some point in the near future, this quirk will be fixed and it will do what it is meant to do etc. They are like aircraft, lovely to look at from every angle, brings the right (and wrong 😆) kind of attention. They work as you expect but when it goes wrong, just hold on and expect a heavy landing 😆. Congratulation on your purchase. I know that when you sit down, you keep looking at it. And no one else really understands what it means to you. That's ok, just enjoy the moment 👍
Hi, the alignment is only at the point of calibration in the CONFIG function. When you have finished in the calibration of the hands, the hands return to the actual time set in the watch. Have I answered this in the right context? 👍
@@bankruptpensioner Hi Sir. Thanks for the update. My point was more around after it’s set. I’ve seen this in person and wanted to buy it. What put me off was that at different times, the minute and hour hands just wouldn’t align to the markers on the dial. I’ve seen the same issue discussed in forums and it seems like an issue that Breitling is trying to fix.
@@ahadfkhalid89 Ahh, now I understand. And that is very poor. So the hands are simply not aligning to the 12 marker. Something strange there. I love the watch, gets lots of questions from strangers who are interested - I went to the doctors the other day - even he wanted to have a look 😆. Fortunately, the fingers on mine do point correctly. regardless, i do recommend the watch to you as long as you can find one that actually points to the 12. Mine comes with a four year warranty, which is reassuring on such a new movement 👍
@@bankruptpensioner thanks a lot! You are the lucky one. Lots of unlucky ones out there I’m afraid. One more question, is the alarm loud or is it muffled because of the balloon material in the case back?
@@ahadfkhalid89 alarm, that's a good question. I find the alarm more than adequate. That said, and to be honest, I use the alarm on my phone. I do not find the alarm on the watch muffled but I do have really good hearing 😆

Interesting to see the new movement in this iteration of the Aerospace. I noticed the minute hand no longer moves every 30 seconds...
