Very cool... one thing for people to bear in mind is that if they're animating the hands with R2, that's setting the *position* of the hands relative to the group. So if you add the lean to the body, the hands will still be animating as if they were running forwards. So you may need to animate them again from the shoulder down with L2 instead, so that when the torso leans, the arms follow.
Wow thank you! I wish I could remember to tell everyone these things, but I’m still learning on how to make good tutorials... I’ll get like you someday man!
Great tutorial video! I love how simple this is, it gets the job done well with little logic use, which really opens up space for more complicated parts of a custom character.
yooooo, it’s me, @Azraq-Sultan on Dreams, not sure if I’ve said that before , but this was noice , and that model moves seamlessly kudos to sculptor and animator, looking forward to combat tutorials!! Happy dreaming
Awesome! This is not what I thought when you meant adding lean to a running character, but now its something I have to add! Thanks! Your tutorial style is so clean and easy to follow btw, well done!
Yep I do them all the time. I’ll do a tutorial if you want! But have you seen Mr. Wooshie’s channel? He has a great tutorial.... better than anything I can do lol 😂

It’s no problem! Yeah I know people want mechanics like this in their games and I want to be able to help out as much as possible!
