Yea, solid show! Great chemistry. Great topics. I have been cruising since the mid 90s. With CCL vs RCCL, I say they are more the same than different as a whole product. But sailing date, duration, and departure port - can make a difference in the vibe on board (on any line). I think it is much easier to make a cruiser into a gambler, than it would be to take a true gambler into a cruiser. If you go to Vegas et al for gambling, then yea, cruise casinos are gonna seem a bit dull, at least for table games. Even for slot junkies, cruises will be alot more limited in choice. But I think the point was made here, that the casino is just one entertainment venue on a ship - if you take advantage of everything else....then you got a real vacation, a better connection to family and friends, etc. I think a good topic to add (Brian has discussed in the past) is the cruiseship Craps newbie players. Give em a break sometimes and expect some slower play. Same for dealers, many are pretty green, esp on Craps, give em a break and expect some slower play. And lastly, I find TIPS on cruise tables go MUCH FURTHER than on land. Every dealer appreciates a tip, but cruise dealers (and bosses) will go out of their way to make your time more enjoyable once they know your name and tip pattern.
Idk if mark said it or not but i go on carnival and ya there only 1 table and opens later but it doesn't close down till the casino closes for the night and ya my carnival offers are for 3 cruises not just 1 and that also applies to any free play offers and on my last trip i fond out the freeplay apply to both people in the room not just me so if its 500 in free play on the offer its really 1000 cuz there two people in the room
