this team is like live by 3.die by 3. its so sad when no one shooting mid range,.especially klay. he used to be master of mid range. in road its hard to reliant in 3. this team to much offense minded player. next season we need player that have length and can play defense
The warriors need an upgrade upon Looney, someone who can grab the rebounds. Perhaps someone like Steven Adams who plays a similar role but physically stronger
They should have traded for a center last off season. Could not bet on wiseman alone. Someone like sabonis, zubac or someone under 27

Never disrespect Curry. Honestly, I thought he wasn't even going to play. I thought Kerr would bench him so he could rest after that 50pt performance and the team could fix their game and learn how to play without relying on him.
Defense on the side, it just seems to me Poole is more inconsistent on the road. Maybe last year's ring really did give him a big head.

Even with Wiggins this year they are 5-13 on the road. It's not a Wiggins thin, it is a team problem on the road. Even without Wiggins they have won at home.
@@der6519 A team problem? So you're saying the same 5 guys who (a) won last year's title by dominating every other starting 5, and (b) have been the most dominant starting 5-man rotation this year both offensively AND defensively...... just suddenly forgot how to win on the road?
Watch the games! They are getting dominated on the glass, and they have nobody who can lockdown teams' best players. That is happening because one of their best rebounders, and their BEST defender, is not on the floor.

@Apoc Morrow not having Wiggins does affect the team and they would have got some more wins but the problem is bigger than not having Wiggins. The Warriors as a team play like garbage on the road. It is a team problem not just one guy. Having Wiggins would not change the turnover problem or the rebounding problem since Warriors have struggled with turnovers forever and rebounding has nothing to do with Wiggins being out when Warriors have always struggled with that because they play small ball and are a small team without a true decent big in the middle. The intensity level the Warriors play with on the road and lack of desire like they don't give a fuck or forgot how to play is bigger than Wiggins because with or without him they sure as know how to win at home etc. I will agree that Wiggins would be big stopping wing players because he is their best defensive player at this point on the team. Wiggins and a fully healthy starting lineups record for the year is 13-10 a mediocre record at best and remember that most of those games at the beginning of the season Curry was having to score 30-50 points just for the Warriors to get a win and they still were struggling on defense. So even with Wiggins they would have some more wins but they still would be doing bad on the road no matter what. The loss of Mike Brown I feel is a big part, like the team lost it's defensive identity and forgot how to translate that to the road.

Hawks just copied on how the dubs played during their champion seasons. The pace, the shooting, the joy while playing, pick-and-rolls, etc... just amazing.
Warriors could have win it or take the Hawks into OT if they just play simple Basketball in the last 5 mins of more of the 4Q, Warriors keeps Bricking 3s which they don't need as Hawks misses shots too and up only by 1 or 2! You can see Klay being upset to Kuminga who's playing hero shitty ball (Devicinzo was wide open for 3 but Kuminga decided to Turn around fadeway with a lock down defender lol), Kuminga and Looney gave the Hawks some sweet fouls too!
Kerr should have call a basic basketball play and not forcing Curry and Klay to shoot a contested 3s. Looks like they threw this game away as they could have win it (Hawks was playing sucks too but it was warriors who gave them this win).
Curry was gassed, Wiggins/Dray presence is essential for the team, if Dray played, they definitely could have win it, J.Collins was having a feast as no one can boxed him out. A sweet win for the Hawks.

Curry needs to step off a little and let klay and poole be the hero sometimes.
If they had shot a 2 point shot for EVERY 3 point shot they took they would have won easily. 30 missed 3s those are basically turnovers. at 50% they would have an extra 30 points off made 2s, even if you subtract the 11 extra points off their made 3s they still would have won. So if they only shot 2 point shots, zero 3s they's have won according to the percentages. Obviously not a perfect analyisis bc that would change the whole game but the point is STOP RELYING SO HEAVY ON THE 3 POINT SHOTS.

Thats be honest GSW fans - the dream is over. It is clear now. No finals and no championships this year. Two reasons. 1. the second one (title) will be easier (to achieve) 2. there is no complete team as it was last year (bench). It is all own fault.
