I would like to clarify something here. HOLI was never played with artificial colours or with any colours other than red which was a natural and extracted from berries of a plant called "GULAL". Even today the purists play with this which is 100% plant based and ultra safe and dry. Water was NEVER part of the celebration.

Untill 15-20 years back, Hindu’s used to make colors while soaking specific flowers in water over night, it get beautiful orangish color, natural flower organic colored water used to play in holi next day.

It seems the CSS officers in Pakistan enjoy perks/life. There is CSS-Central Sectriat Service in India also. I am a retired officer of this service. Can't imagine the power/perks etc of CSS in Pakistan. We have work work while in service with strong Vigilance wings/ disciplinary action for delinquent and upon retirement the pension is subject to future good conduct.
Fact is that India does not want any kind of relationship with Pakistan, neither trade nor war. At present, Pakistan is doing well by cutting the branch Pakistan is sitting on.
