@@sigs4280 because I do my own botox, threads, micro needling I haven’t been able to use it continuously right now. One thing I have noticed though is it is great for lymphatic drainage around my eye area. Once my other treatments have settled I will use it religiously.

I am waiting on my bear to arrive. I have the myolyft mini and it takes me a really long time to do and I finally just used it two times per week now, but it is not keeping my face toned. I figured that this is so fast and powerful, that I would use it in front of the TV. Thank you for the demo. I drew pictures and copied everything you said, so I will have it to do every day. Such a difference in your pictures. Big difference. Also ordered the Argireline Serum. Thank you for the video and all the great advice.

I recently got the Bear Mini ....and I really love it! I use it all over my face and after several days I see a difference.
Thanks for sharing your experience and with continued use it will get even better. I've been using my BEAR for a while now and I've noticed that now after using for months daily I can even skin a few days and my face is still lifted. I recently got Covid :( so no energy for anything now and haven't use my Bear in 1 week and my face is still lifted. I look like hell because of Covid but my lift is still there despite not using my Bear for a week. If I'm feeling better next week I will get back to using it because I actually miss using it. But good to know my hard work of using it daily is showing the long term results. But it is like a workout you have to build up thr results to maintain. Anyways...just saw your message and I was feeling a little better now and wanted to also share my new findings. I also got the bear mini too and I will do a review with tutorials as well in the near future. @@BrazilianGirlChannel I hope you feel better fast. I had Covid in Early March and it was horrible. I’m young and healthy (workout a lot) and I was in the Hospital for a month with it. It was crazy so I know how you are feeling. There are days you just have zero energy. My only suggestion is not to push yourself too soon. After I got home I kept thinking I was feeling better, then I would go overboard with doing things around the house (trying to workout too) and then pay the price after. You really have to allow your body to heal. I was so stubborn and inpatient, lol! I hope it passes well for you. I’ve been using my mini every night and so far my lift is temporary, but I know it will start lasting longer. Excited to see your mini review! I also went overboard and now feeling bad again and no energy :( but I had to clean the house was a mess and both my husband and my baby also have covid so its been tough. Glad it was helpful! The Bear it's a microcurrent but since it also uses TSONIC pulsation I find that gives a better lift than the Nuface. i also own the NUFACE and I've used the NUFACE for many years, but honestly I find i got better results and also more long term results with the BEAR. I just found your channel while searching on RUclips for how to use the Foreo Bear without the app. (I couldn't figure it out!) What a great tutorial! I just subscribed. Had problems with my Nuface and they are sending me a new one. In the meanwhile I got the Bear and thought I would try it. I may end up loving it more than my Nuface. We shall see! And thank you for the tips on prepping your face before using a microcurrent device. I think you are adorable and I love the way you respond to all comments.

Thanks for subscribing 🥰 I've used Nuface for many years and it was great but lately the new ones keep breaking. i gifted my mom a Nuface a while ago and broke so quickly and she is in Brazil so I could not exchange it. Hope yours gets fixed...so upsetting that they keep breaking. My Nuface never broke but I have mine for many years. Wondering if something changed in these last few years. Anyways... I will for sure make a video comparing them but so far I love the BEAR way better. It's quicker and one thing I've noticed recently was that now that I've used the Bear for a while even if I skip a day or two here and there I still keep my lift. With the Nuface I've noticed that whenever I skipped a day I would wake up looking tired so another reason I like the Bear better. Feel free to reach out if you any questions. Happy Thanksgiving 😊

@@barbaraasaro3415 Hi sorry for the delay on the reply. Just saw your message now. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving! I know how to fix it! Before you can get the mini to work without the APP you have to register first with the APP. After you register it will work without the APP. So the first time you use it you open the APP and select ADD DEVICE and it will tell you to hold the button for 5 seconds and it will register it. After you finish registering it will work by just pressing the main button to work. you can press the button 2x to turn on T sonic pulsation or turn it off and then you can press the buttons quickly to add the levels. Let me know if you understood my explanations. I will also make a video about it but in the mean time let me know if you have any other questions. xoxo

@@barbaraasaro3415 you're welcome. Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you register with the app by selecting bear mini and pressing the power button for 5 seconds? Does the device show on the the app menu once you open the app? I'm asking to see if the device recognized that it was registered. Otherwise you can also try deleting the device from the app and trying to register again in case it glitched during registration. Let me know if I can help. I have multiple foreo tools and never had this problem . Hopefully some of these suggestions work or let me know if you need any help.

The setting I use is setting 5 but you can start on a lower setting like 3 and go up to 5. I also have another tutorial on the BEAR and another video with great tips to get even better results. I really enjoyed this review as I’ve just purchased the Foreo Bear. I can’t get mine to work without the app though. When I press the button on mine the light comes on but nothing happens. I have to press ‘start’ on the app for it to work. You look amazing btw. 😊
Hi Sorry for the delay on the reply. I try to answer everyone the best way possible so sometimes takes me a while. Glad to hear you enjoy the review. Not sure if you already figured out the solution but here are some suggestions.
The BEAR can be used without the APP but only after you register with the APP. So make sure you have the APP installed and when you log in the APP it's going to ask you to find your device. Than you turn on your BEAR and the APP will find it and register it. After you do this it will allow you to use it without the APP.
So only after registering with the APP you will be able to use it without it.

Assisti o vídeo de um médico dizendo que é prejudicial e que pode até mesmo causar o efeito de envelhecimento na pele, já que os músculos ficam “viciados” nos exercícios de contração e “murcham” quando paramos de utilizar o aparelho, fazendo com que a pele pareça enrugada.

Now to answer your questions:
As far as skin routine after the BEAR: I have very sensitive skin so my skin cannot take retinol :( but it should be safe to use after the BEAR since microcurrent does not cause skin sensitivity. but since i don't use retinol i can't give you my personal experience with it but i think it should be fine.
After the BEAR as a skin routine sometimes i just use my regular night cream or a night mask as I would normally do. BUT sometimes if i use my Nuface Leave-on gel I often don't put anything else since it already has great ingredients.
To be honest my skincare routine really depends on how much time i have left. I have a very active toddler so sometimes i hardly have time to do skincare at night so i do what i have time for and that is why i love the BEAR so much because it's so quick ;)
As far as how often...When i started using the BEAR i would do the advance routine a few times a week but since it was so quick and i enjoyed it i started using about 5x a week and it should be fine to do it daily since it's still pretty gentle on the skin.
After a few months I realized i don't need to use the BEAR daily anymore and now i only use it about 1x or 2x a week. i talk about the long term use of the BEAR on my video titled: 6 tips to get the best results with microcurrent here is the link: ruclips.net/video/dglM2FSVlZs/видео.html

For the serum: can I use any water based serum? I currently use the Ordinary's Niacinamide serum, which is completely water based and oil free - can I use that serum instead?
You are welcome. Happy you liked the video. Yes you can use with the Ordinary's Niacinamide serum. Latelly I'm actually using it with the Ordinary Matrixyl serum and I'm also loving it. Just make sure to apply a lot of serum so the BEAR can slide an not tub the skin. And whenever the serum gets dry you can either apply more serum or spray a bit of water so the BEAR can slide. using these serums are great because it helps to also push the ingredients deeper into the skin. I love it!

Just purchased the foreo and the serum serum from them. Not a fan of the serum. Do you know if I can use trio therapy lifting serum from Neo Strata or Is Clinical youth serum rather
it's great, have been using for several months. You really need to be consistent in using it, same as your gym workout to get results. I combine it with facial exercises.
Totally agree! I use it daily and loving the results. It's so quick and easy. Since i've been using for a while now I've also noticed even if I skip a day here and there my results still stay.. so it goes to show that it does build up the results, but for sure needs to be consistently used just like gym workout for sure. Hi you could use on under eyes but lower the current to 3 since its a more delicate area.. personaly I don't like using the regular bear on my underr eyes because the probes are too big. Regular Bear is definitely big for under eye area. If you want to cover all areas maybe mini Bearis a better option. But I combine this with facial yoga anyway! very effective!

i just bought the foreo mini bear. I love the way you demonstrate how to use the big foreo bear. I hope you can get yourself a foreo mini bear and make a demonstration video with it. Thank you in advance. There aren´t many good demonstrations with the fore mini bear on the internet and I would like an extended demonstration because with the app it´s a short time treatment.
Hi I actually did get a BEAR Mini to test it out :) and i'm in the process of testing it out right now. I will for sure have an updated tutorial with the BEAR mini showing advanced moves once i'm done testing it out. So keep an eye on my channel on 2021 for a dedicated video on the BEAR mini with lots of tutorials. But for sure you can use this tutorial as well and yes I agree the APP tutorial on the BEAR mini is very limited so excited to give lots of tutorials with it for you to try. Happy New Year!

Great tutorial, instruction AND insight! How does this compare, in your opinion, to the effectiveness of the Nuface device? Does one yield “better” results over the other?
Hi :) You are welcome. Happy to hear you liked the tutorial. I have used the Nuface for many years before using the BEAR and I like the BEAR results better. I will eventually make a video comparing them. But I found that the long term results of the BEAR are better than with the NUFACE. I used to use the Nuface before I had my baby and after i got pregnant i could not use it and my face sagged within a week of not using the Nuface. However i've been using the BEAR for a while now and when i got Covid I stopped using my BEAR for 1 month and my lift still stayed even during Covid my face was still lifted. So for me the long term results of the BEAR as well as short term results are for sure better than the NUFACE from personal experience of using both.

Hi I understand. It's something new so it's normal to be a bit nervous. but don't worry The Bear is really easy to use and you will quickly get a hang of it. I do talk about the products i use with the BEAR on this video. Here is the part of the video i talk about the products and give tips to get the best results: ruclips.net/video/Rd2s09x_95g/видео.html HOWEVER I will probably do another video about it as well since I get this questions a lot but to keep it simple you can use the BEAR with any water based serums or ultrasound gel. Usually you apply the serums first because microcurrent pushes the ingredients deep into the skin.

This is so very detailed and informative. Thank you sooo much. I bought a preowned bear and am not able to access the app. This helps immensely. I do have a couple of questions
1. Can you specify which current levels you use for each part of the face and neck or can I just use the hugest level all over
2. I have a very asymmetric face…should I work on that side for quite a bit longer? If I use it longer (during my treatment) is it possible to overwork your muscles. I’m too hyperfocused lol. I’d probably do 20 min or so.
3. I have a cheap microcurrent device and I use the Korean facial masks and it keeps my face wet. It seems to work great. Do you think I should not use them?

Hi You're welcome. Glad to hear you like the tutorial. I also have the Myolift and it is an amazing tool as well, however i honestly haven't used my Myolift in a while because of lack of time... so I find that the BEAR it's great because the treatment time it's shorter than the Myolift and I still get amazing results.
I replied to your other comment about using the BEAR longer than 3 minutes and as I said before I haven't had any problems using for longer and the BEAR electrical current it's actually lower than the MYOLIFT and the Myolift treatment time it's 20 to 30 minutes.
I do feel Foreo suggest to use it for 3 minutes because you can actually achieve good results using for 3 minutes but since i'm older I find that I get better results using my advanced techniques which is 6 to 9 minutes.
Please also read my other reply to your comment because I also want to make sure you read all the contraindications of any microcurrent tools to see if it's a good fit for you.
I can only share my personal experience from it and I personally haven't any problems.

Hi Sorry for the delay on this reply. You posted this comment right around the time i got Covid last year and I was really sick for months. I'm actually still not fully recovered from Covid but just now catching up to comments. You can also use the BEAR around the lips. the lip area muscles are like a circle. So you can circle the Bear around the lips to help smooth out the lines and it even plumps the lips a little bit too. I will post more tutorials with the BEAr showing this technique. I am doing facial exercises for muscle toning and lifting but some times I get lazy . So I wanted to ask you in case you know if micro current could be an alternative to facial yoga/exercises or rather a complementary treatment?
Hi So happy to hear you like my channel :) Happy to have you here! I also used to do facial massage and Yoga. It is great! however I also used to get lazy so i totally understand.
Even though facial Yoga and massage helps a lot of circulation and anti-aging, I feel micro current it's the only thing that can really work deep in the muscle to fully lift it.
Personally I also found that when i was doing facial Yoga sometimes I would do the exercise wrong and often caused more wrinkles so it does take a lot more skills do make sure to do the exercises correctly.
So I do prefer micro-current over face yoga or massage, because it's 100% effective on lifting the muscle and there are so many available tools to choose according to budget and schedule. I will for sure do a ranking video of all my microcurrent tools sometimes soon to explain the differences. But overall all the ones I have work amazing it really comes down to what works for your schedule and budget. For me right now the BEAR it's the one i use the most since it's quick and gives me results but there are a lot of great tools in the market as well.
To answer your question. Yes You can definitely do both face yoga/massage and micro-current together. but i feel micro-current will for sure give you better results with less work.

I experienced the same issues with facial yoga that wrinkles could be formed if not being careful. I used facial patches while exercising. I personally found them very helpful to reduce frowning and stop me doing involuntary expression that caused folds. This particularly while working on the computer. They are sold by Amazon and are called Facial Smoothies (bought from Amazon - the best are the normal ones , the gentle silicon types I found ineffective).
But , I will probably give a try to Foreo Bear or All-In-One device .. still thinking which one to chose .. Thank you very much for your help!

It can be a bit confusing to just write it... i also currently started to test the Venus as well and I will have a review w before and afters once i'm done testing. I just started using recently. So far I like it but I will have a complete review once i'm done testing. To early to say anything now since I just started using it. so far so good...
EMS and microcurrent are 2 different things and I will explain better on the video.
I feel the LUMO and the BEAR can be complementary depending on skin needs. So far i'm only using the LUMO so I can do the updated review so I will have more info on how it feels to just use EMS once i do the LUMO updated video.
The Venus works different on the Eye area than the BEAR. It works to build collagen and help products penetrate better and the BEAR it's more for lifting the eye.

Hi happy to hear you like my videos 😊 I do love the MDNA roller and I used it during my pregnancy because i could not use microcurrent while pregnant and helped to keep my lift but I feel that at 50 any microcurrent tool like the Bear or myolift would be a better option for you. I love both but for me the Bear is quicker I have been continuing to use the Bear daily and still love the results but either microcurrent tool would be best for you than the mdna roller.

Happy to hear you like the video and happy to help. Since you already bought the Myolift. It's an amazing tool. You can use the myolift 3x a week for 20 mins. Using the Myolift for 60 days will give you amazing results. If you still want to get the Bear you can use it on the days you don't use the Myolift or days you are short on time. But definitely take advantage of all the Myolift setting and attachments. Myolift is a very complete tool and if you put the time to use it you will see amazing results as well. Its really up to you. Since you already have the myolift and you just bought it, you may want to take some time to use the Myolift to its full potential before getting the Bear or you could buy the Bear later after you had a chance to use the Myolift to keep your Myolift results. BEAR and Myolift work really well together but if you have the time to use the Myolift consistently you may not need the Bear now. Its really up to your schedule and time available to do microcurrent. BEAR is definitely quicker to use but Myolift has a lot more settings you can explore and use since you already have it. I love both the Myolift and Bear and I'm happy I have both of them now, but really depends on each person needs and also budget. Let me know if you have any other questions. I will definitely do a Myolift video in the near future w tips as well. So keep an eye for future microcurrent videos. But in the mean time feel free to ask any questions about the Myolift or the Bear. I'm happy to help specially since i've been using both tools together. I also searched a lot online for full reviews before purchasing my Myolift so i know finding answers sometimes can take time searching so feel free to ask any questions.

Yes you can. They are different modalities that work really well together. The Bear uses microcurrent to lift the muscle and the Nira it's laser to stimulate collagen production and smooth out wrinkles. So using them together will give even better results since they target different things.

Congratulations on getting your Bear. I love mine and it's exciting to start using. I use a medium pressure as if doing a face massage. Don't have to be too strong of a pressure but firm as a face massage.
Hello, is it possible to have a before / after photo with exactly the same lighting? Nowadays, we all know that different lighting between a (before / after) can make it look like very different skin or face. Which is the case in the video. It would be really interesting to see the evolution with a photo based on a similar environment. And above all also without a smoothing filter to visualize the skin in real life.
Hi thanks for your feedback. Sorry my lightning is not so great. These photos were taken months apart. However even with the lighting difference you can still see my eyelids look a lot more open than on the before photo.
Lighting can make the face look a bit different but lightning does not make eye lids look bigger. I am not using any smoothing filter and I didn't edit anything on these photos.
I understand your concern. I have other photos from when my eyes were more hooded and I will post an update video with more photos from before so you can see there has been a huge difference. I have a very honest channel and I only post things that I've used for a long time and that worked.
On my the new video I posted TODAY i also talk about how the lift from the Bear lasted me even without using it for over a month while I had Covid. On this video there some more photos if you want take a look.

Yes i totally understand there are so many tools in the market now. I will for sure do a review of the QT once I have used it enough. Hi I also have rosacea and I never had any issues with the Regular BEAR. Did you purchase the BEAR 1 or BEAR 2. I find the BEAR 2 very brightening and soothing to my Rosacea more than the BEAR 1 but both devices should be ok for Rosacea just make sure to start on level 3 or go down or up according to your comfort level.
