But u have not shown the compound. Secondly the bedroom is very small, 20 houses is too much therefore there's no privacy..Good finishes though..
The video would be too long for that to be covered, and recall these are rentals not homes for permanent use and it's a business on the other side to the owner...
I don't think it's that much. Kenyans put many much more rooms on a plot.

@@jonahtysites I get u..I know clients maximize their land but it's good to know if there's a parking lot, space for drying lines etc...Man 20 houses is a lot, esp if the building isn't storied. Space utilization is very important but clients spend a lot of money on finishes assuming it's the only important factor...
