HARDCORE SKILLS: SAWE

Sawe is a name very familiar to Montana Colors, but it’s always worth checking in with him since his style evolves at such a considerable rate. His dedication to his work, both on the street and in the studio, has been consistent since he started painting 20 years ago, taking him through different stylistic terrains.

Dude is one of the dopest writers period. His style reminds me of Picasso. I have been a fan since the Goodfellas magazine and to see him go from that to this awesome work, to me he's a trend setter. People coppy his style and it's so obvious and they are idiots to try to look like him because there is only one sawe.

I am not a fan of his style, but I am a fan of his efforts and technique. I also love how he explains how he uses these Montana cans. overall, I am a fan just not feeling the style even though it is super unique. I guess his style has to grow with me.
