Road planning in this city is very good. The barrier between the bicycle path and the car is very wide. So it's no wonder that many people use bicycles in this city. The sidewalk is also very wide. Greetings from Indonesia.

De winkeliers doen werkelijk hun best, de Bijenkorf is prachtig, Holland Casino is prachtig, Koopgoot is schitterend verlicht maar de gemeente laat het weer mooi afweten.
Die paar armetierige boompjes op de Coolsingel zien er niet uit, dit was 20 jaar geleden misschien leuk maar nu is het belachelijk ouderwets.
Die Coolsingel moest zonodig voor miljoenen aangepast worden om er een boulevard van wereldformaat van te maken maar het lijkt werkelijk nergens op. Kerst is een uitgesproken kans om die straat echt mooi te maken met verlichting maar nee hoor, wat een afgang.

The shopkeepers really do their best, the Bijenkorf is beautiful, Holland Casino is beautiful, Koopgoot is beautifully lit, but the municipality is failing again. Those few poor trees on the Coolsingel don't look like much, this might have been nice 20 years ago, but now it's ridiculously old-fashioned. That Coolsingel had to be modified for millions to turn it into a world-class boulevard, but it really doesn't look like anything. Christmas is an excellent opportunity to make that street really beautiful with lighting, but no, what a disappointment.
