You can actually bring in the strap with the bag and ask the SA for a replacement strap that will have a cost to replace. See what they say first before you return.

I got a BB size Symphony Capucines. Your strap is similar to mine. LV Capucines has many collections and the straps have different looks. All I know is that the strap head shape is different from the Speedy's, and from what I see in the clip, I think it's the real deal.
That is definitely Capu strap - unfortunate about the initials makes it feel like the previous owner is always with you, like if you are borrowing someone’s bag. The Capus don’t hold their value because they have serious construction issues - they get very quickly deformed (leather around corners collapses, rings start to turn sideways, and the whole front panel of the bag starts to cave forward and the handle starts to egg up sideways). Not sure why LV can’t get to the bottom of this - I mean it’s their top line bag, you would think they would solve for these issues over the years, but they haven’t yet…
For the price in my opinion, you dont seem to absolutely love it. But that is just me. I would return. FP it is $15 to return which I agree is annoying!
This doesn’t look right to me. The top handle shouldn’t be off centre like that and there are glazing issues. This is not excellent condition. Also the strap with a hot stamp! No! That strap doesn’t look right. Can you contact fashionphile?
The bag is back on FP… they have now added the description of the cracks and the hot stamp with its picture. At least they took it back but the process is annoying.
Well they should give you the full refund bc they didn’t disclose the initials. So I’d send them the pics and get my full refund! They have gotten bad about not checking their bags over! Beautiful bag though! TFS 💞💞

Yes. It is very nice! Outside of stores, I haven’t seen it out and about either.
One more reason I won’t use FP. I hate they missed that one detail when they pride themselves with going over each bag with an eagle eye!

You bought a 2nd hand bag, u knit picking. buy new. and i would not spend $4.000 for a bag with no lv warranty . if something breaks your screwed.
