Thank you!! I've finally got the texture exactly the way it should be!! Love it!! Just made it tonight and it came out beautifully. Instead of three eggs we used four!! Perfect for more than two people to share.

I have to say I learnt to steam food due to these recipes; channel like yours and others like WebspoonWorld❤ have added such value to my daily life❤. I suffered not from depression😞 but low self-esteem😨 which would have led me to depression😞 eventually had YT videos like these and WebspoonWorld❤ did NOT come to my rescue. Honestly, it was so so so tough for me to even watch a RUclips video full length (completely) as I preferred reading texts more than videos. I still remember college days when I picked recipes from local daily newspaper Dainik Bhaskar and tried few things when alone and free. Steaming food was so totally new to me. I did try this egg 🥚recipe, can't say I liked it as I tweaked things a bit. But was worth a try🎉 Infact I ended up buying new utensils to steam. 😲 I don't know if it is a World's Cooking Day but vibrationally I felt like remembering with awe people that inspired me to cook🍹.

It looks delicious and healthy. I never even heard of onion and garlic juice, I can only imagine the flavor it adds. I'd hesitate to use plastic wrap, ptsd from melting some before

Thank you so much!!!!! I've been told by my doctor's to eat more protein because of my cancer. One suggestion was at least 3 eggs a day to reach my goal of 150 grams of protein a day. Your half cooked eggs, smooth steamed eggs etc. have opened new horizons for me. Thank you from the depts of my soul.

@@MamtaYadav-em1mu I'm still here after being diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic pancreatic cancer in 2017, I've always tried to eat healthy/naturally, no processed food and recipes like you gratefully share with us have helped me when food was difficult at best. I frequently make your steamed eggs (shallots not garlic, love garlic and it's too much sometimes) when my chemo is not my friend. Your recipes and lots of congee have nourished my body and sole for years. Thank you. You are touching lives you never imagined.

Its a savoury custard, flavoured with garlic white pepper and soy sauce , soft and with the consistency of silken tofu.. most often served with white rice and other asian side dishes. And it does not have an overly eggy smell or taste since it is diluted with water and seasonings

Thank you. very little cornstarch is added along with the other spices like garlic powder etc.. It helps the egg to set better.
What’s the difference using veggie oil instead of rice bran oil?
No difference really, I use Bran oil more :) I like the aroma.

If you whisk it too hard, you'll form bubbles which will make the egg lumpy.
Never heard anyone use the starch, it will be too hard.
