Oh my! Another astonishingly simple, cheap and easy to make breakfast egg side dish. Thank you so much! I had a wisdom tooth removed a while ago and during that whole time had a newfound respect for people reduced to eating 'mushed up' food only. I was slowly running out of ideas and dishes like these are fantastic. One doesn't feel they're eating something bland and boring at all. You can eat it with flaky soft fish and miso soup with some-- ahem-- mashed up roasted pumpkin and sweet potato.

@@Karla_Finch-Cluff Oh much better than my awful attempt at trying to jazz up mashed potato and making it more nutritious by adding Marmite flavoured hummus 🤢. My favourite 'mushy healthy' dish is Cantonese scrambled egg and tomato on rice. It tastes waaaaaay better than you imagine. 🙂

It has been 4 days that I was sick, and didn't know what to eat anymore, as my stomach would refuse any food and leave me suffering with cramps.
I decided to try this recipe, and I was able to eat it. It has such a good taste with a little of sesame oil and scallions.

(The cooking time was too short for me, I had to add 10 minutes to cook it, maybe because in your video, you are putting the plate in what seems to be a wok, so it was closer to the heat source, I think.)

@@divyasingh2038 If I am remember from 6 months ago. The time that was displayed for me at least was only half correct. I cooked them until I saw the center of the dish become solid and not runny… so I can’t give you an exact time but I eye balled it and got it to work, they are just eggs after all ☺️

My mother often cooks this. but she put the glass noodles into the eggs before steaming. You can put anything u likes in my opinions. This is kinda similar with japanese steam egg (chawanmushi) they use broth and put some meat or shrimp

Yes! This is the simple basic version of the Japanese 'Chawanmushi'. That one involves dashi flavouring and other optional ingredients like Shitake mushrooms dropped in the bottom and maybe a shrimp-- usually made in individual ramekin pots for breakfast sides. I'm getting hungry now. 😋

其實真的不必這麼複雜。
蒸蛋(水蒸蛋)只要抓好比例並且記得蓋上蓋子,就基本不會失敗了。
平均一顆雞蛋加入150cc的冷或溫高湯,只要不讓雞蛋熟化就沒有問題,完全不必特地去量溫度什麼的。
大概三顆雞蛋以內,都只需要用蒸米飯的時間就足夠蒸熟了,再多會蒸老。
雞蛋比例:
蛋:高湯=
1:150
2:300
3:450
(這個比例是軟嫩型的,如果喜歡吃稍有彈性一點的,一顆雞蛋比例裡面的高湯可以酌量減少約20cc左右,自己抓一下量就可以了)
蒸之前在裝雞蛋液的容器上面加個東西蓋住,避免蒸氣成水滴落在表面,然後再開始蒸,就可以了,火力記得不要太大,然後就是等吃美味的蒸蛋(水蒸蛋)。
如果喜歡後面淋上醬油,那麼高湯記得不要加太多調味,如果沒有要淋醬油,則切記高湯要調的稍鹹一點點,蒸出來的蒸蛋滋味才足夠哦!
還加鴨蛋量水溫……那些壓根就沒有必要啊……

So i try it just right now … after 60-80 minutes on heat 4 at my oven it worked … I will see if it really completely stocked 😊 the first look after 60 minutes was really really good… I give it another 15 minutes and than it hope it’s ready
I didn't even realize the goal was to make it without pockets. I used to love it when they had as many as possible because I loved the texture, I always asked my mom as a kid to make them extra bubbly.

My basic recipe, one large egg, beaten with 1 cup of seasoned bonito broth, splash of soy sauce and a 1/2 tsp of sugar and a good shake of white pepper. Mix well. Place in a slightly oiled bowl then steam in a pot of about 1c only of water, covered. Medium heat, do not rush the cooking on high. Not springy like this egg dish. It’s more soft, like a pudding. You can also drop a shrimp or mushroom in it before steaming. I use a coffee mug for individual servings. Delicious with a few drops dark sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.

По виду как будто действительно одну чайную добавила
Так потом же туда добавляют ещё воду.
Да все верно из-за соотношения яйцо+вода=1ст ложка соли
@@АлександраЯковлевна-б4ц думаю, это всё равно слишком много! Обычно я в суп кладу одну столовую ложку соли, когда варю его в пятилитровой кастрюле.
Или когда огурцы мариную, там 1 ст л. на литровую банку идёт.
Скорей всего речь идёт о чайной ложке. И то может быть пересолено.
