My question for this guy would be, when he believed he was saved, was his heart and mind changed to effectually cause him to hate sins he once enjoyed while finding joy in righteousness things he once thought was foolishness? There's so much that I don't know, but this I know. Once you're saved, you literally are sickened in your gut by sin and grieved until you rebuke it or separate yourself from it. If this guy experienced this change, that change is still prevalent in him, and he needs to only remember from where God brought him. On the other hand, if this guy has not experienced this change, and has remained in a state where sin is pleasurable, he should fall on his face daily until he does experience it, for I fear for his soul, that he was NEVER saved.
thats true, but that isnt the reason for this video, many are already doubting their salvation and wont come to God on that day saying Lord Lord, as they dont see themselves worthy enough in the first place
A.Krishna, yes, you’re right. But remember He hated Esau. He called Herod a fox. He said it would have been better had Judas Iscariot never to have been born. God calls us to be holy. Can anyone attain this? No. But that’s the goal. He says, “But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.” This channel, “I’ll Be Honest” is very good. They preach repentance. Repentance is necessary for salvation. God bless your day.
@@PatrickFarrell_KJV I thought about that once, but (this is debatable, but this is my thought), God made a covenant with David, not Esau, or Judas. David's covenant continues with Jesus. We are in Jesus, we will not be snatched away. BUT I am not undermining the cruciality of working out our salvation with fear and trembling. Because I went through a time where I thought I became Esau, which tempted me to give up. See we have to be careful throwing Esau and Judas' example, because both of them never belonged, and by which spirit we throw around Esau's name might cause Godly or worldly sorrow in someone else. We are not of Esau, but the promised passed down from Jacob, to Joseph, Moses, David, Elijah and Jesus. But correct me if I'm wrong.

I felt a wave feeling over me after I was saved amongst other things such as the holy spirit indwelling into me, never heard the audible voice, I don't know what this is. The letter is confusing and I do not like to hear people continuing to let the enemy mess with their assurance.
I also felt a wave the night I was saved. But some seconds after I believed and accepted that I can't save myself and that Jesus is my Saviour. I said to myself that I will forgive everyone even God if he sends me to hell because that is what I deserve and I believed that afterward. But right after I thought that in my mind God spoke to me in an audible voice that I don't have to go to hell. I said to him in my mind that I don't know how to fix my past sins noar that I remember them. And God told me: You are all ready forgiven. 2 things I learned from this. 8:00 here is your works based gospel. He says, if your confidence was right in the begginning. Its not our confidence. Its believing in the Lord Jesus, you will saved. Its just simple belief, God does it all. Its not my confidence. Dont get people to look and wonder, did I have enough confidence years ago, did I say the right things, did I really mean it? Away from this legalism! Your desire does not override Christ and his grace. By grace you ARE saved through faith.
I (James) personally take John 6:37 to most precisely apply to the believer--that the one who has come will never be turned away, or cast out. Now that does not mean we ignore the warning passages and go live in sin--the true believer cannot continue in that path because the Lord who promised to not cast them out will discipline them (Hebrews 12) and use means to draw them back after him.
I wrote that letter on November 28th and it was just posted today. It will take a hand full of months. Just be aware of that. The point of what he is saying is if your confidence in Jesus has wavered then you should question the foundation of your salvation. But what is also important is that you will have times of trouble (like the apostles who at times were troubled terribly). Now whether this is in reference to sin in the life of the believer - I am uncertain. If I may make a suggestion? Trust Jesus with your salvation - just that simple. Trust him with your salvation. You should still follow and seek him, but as you follow him and as you seek him just trust that he will hold on to you. We trust in Christ and love our brothers. That is simple right? It doesn’t burden you, right? At least I hope not too much. By putting your efforts into loving your brothers and trusting God you show your faith and perform James 2:24 by your acts and prayers of love. I hope this helps, Mike.

Mike Hill The voice was terribly frightening but it didn’t really have a tone. The sound of thunder becoming words instead of just normal booming can really make you feel belittled and small and scared. Regarding saving faith, simply act on your belief. Jesus said, “anyone who gives even a cup of water to one of these little ones *in My Name* will be rewarded”. The water is given to a child in the name of Jesus (or for the sake of Jesus). The action of giving the water and the purpose of Jesus’s name are both simple. This mercy to others is simple. You haven’t cast God out of your thoughts like the heathens in Romans 1. Trust Jesus and the Father with your sins. Our God is mercy, right? Trust God with your sins like a child that was caught red-handed. There’s no need to hide them. If your sins trouble you, confess them because God promises to forgive us in our confessions. “Though you fall seven times a day, God himself will lift you up!” Don’t let anything get in the way of your trust in Jesus. It doesn’t matter what it is - just trust him. Hard times will come, but trust they suit his purposes. You may be cheated, but trust him. You may sin but trust him. You may be weak but trust him. When I asked to hear God’s voice, it was because someone had asked which religion was the correct one and they were pointed to the Bible as though God was convicting them - so because I heard that, my faith was convicted to hear his voice and so I asked to hear God’s voice, so trust him and he will have mercy and help you. I was given an odd message. But no matter what - I trust him.

Jesus Is Risen If it should clarify anything, you shouldn’t treat anyone as a false convert unless they confide it in you. I wrote that letter and now that he’s gone through it, I really wish I put in a longer preface and I explained the situation a bit more so that he wouldn’t say “well maybe you never had faith to begin with” because I have to say, my conversion wasn’t a simple one. Asking Jesus to save me when I was ready to kill my self wasn’t fun. The God I spent my life hating so much was the one that rescued me from the mental and emotional anguish that had built up over the course of years and years. I believed after it was taken away and I couldn’t pull back my belief. There was no other God at that point. There was and still is only Christ. So if someone says they believe, even if they sin, they probably really do believe. They may just be having some trouble. Or their belief/trust in Christ has been marred and they need a pick-me-up.
Do we believe works is a requirement for salvation through Christ ? That once truly converted by Christ’s blood for our sins that we can negate that through our sins. Every thought, every action, everything you do could most certainly be considered sin against the lord. Even if you do good works they may not be gods will which is a sin against god. 2 Sam 6:6-7. We are saved through Christ, we will not be able to uphold the law which is why Christ needed to come.
@@BlessedBeJESUSCHRIST the Messiah guided believers to learn from and keep the commandments and teachings as taught to them, that they were good for their physical as well as spiritual well-being, and furthermore than when the Messiah returns believers will be commended for keeping the teachings, whereas other believers will be sent away from the first gathering because they disregarded the teachings and practised evil
Teth you need to acknowledge what I said. We can not stop sinning in the flesh while on this earth. Your talking about rewards. Not salvation. A true convert cannot continue to live in sin without being chastised, but to say you can lose it because we sin after we will fail. We sin the moment we wake up till fall asleep, we break the 2 commandments always.
@@BlessedBeJESUSCHRIST what do you take imperfect to mean, that we don't try and say it makes no difference ? Is this what the Gospels say, don't try anyway because we are imperfect, we are to live our lives by the teachings, including most of all learning to be kind and understanding with others. We can see in the Gospels there will be those who are commended, namely for being good and kind, and those, believers no less, who are sent away from the time of the first gathering because they practised evil (Matthew 24:48 - 51) He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? (Micah 6:8)
Teth you seem to have your own agenda as your putting words in people’s mouths. I just stated we are saved by grace and grace alone. Once you are saved through Christ there is absolutely nothing you can do to change that. As we are not saved by works but grace alone
8:45 so wrong herem. It doesnt matter how you live. Righteousness is imputed by FAITH! You have Christs righteousness and no need for your own. If your performance after salvation dictates your standing with Christ, who already reckoned you righteous the moment you believe, then why need Christ? You cant add to his finished work! Righteousness by faith. Have you begun in the spirt and now seek to be perfected in the flesh? Away with your legality!
Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?! Then they laid hands on them and prayed for them and they began to speak in tongues as the spirit gave them utterance. This is the promise to you and your children and to all who are afar off, as many as the lord our God shall call!
If you Feel uncertain..you are Not Saved. Jesus is the Only One Who Can Save you and the Only One who can Make you Feel Saved. You cannot just believe yourself Saved and you are.
Umm, yes you can. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and YOU WILL BE SAVED! Everything else is works and not salvation. Righteousness (right standing with God) comes by Faith (just believing).
Joseph Wehrwein Jesus is the Only One Who can Save You. He Saves and Frees You from Religion..the Bible..the church..men’s false doctrines. He Saves and frees you from it all. If you are still addicted to religion..you are Not Saved or Free. Jesus Saved and Freed His people from the religion of the Pharisees in His Day and that is what He does ToDay. You are still addicted to your Religion.
That is not the case. God allows doubts in his legitimate children to grow their faith when He inevitably comes through, and His child will praise Him the more for overcoming those doubts
Man doesn't come to God, except that the Holy Spirit draws him to God!

So if someone says they believe, even if they sin, they probably really do believe. They may just be having some trouble. Or their belief/trust in Christ has been marred and they need a pick-me-up.
Hey! Why did the other guy delete his response?
always save no matter way is false
that is not what the bible says
read about the luke warm christian
read the bible not the entertainers
We can see in the Gospels there will be those who are commended, namely for being good and kind, and those, believers no less, who are sent away from the time of the first gathering because they practised evil (Matthew 24:48 - 51)
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

How can i be sure I received the Holy Ghost?
@@indigenousbeauty6951 Dont enter the charismatic, you get sealed with the holy spirit, if you believe

Jesus is the Only One Who can Save You.
