    Grier was awful yesterday. He insulted the shitty players we have as if they just showed up. Somebody may want to tell him this is the roster HE built

    There's also responsibility of the leadership to have a reliable backup for people that might get injured

    Head coaches can develop and grow just as players do. Gm's can learn from their mistakes. It's time to toughen up and get this crap on track. If they don't they will be gone.

    I didn't expect them to throw each other or the players under the bus during the press conference. With that said, How do you handle the Tyreek situation? If you trade him, then it signals that a player can just complain and say he wants out to facilitate a trade, not to mention you won't get fair value for him. If you keep him and discipline him, you're basically hurting the team and forcing a player to be here who doesn't want to be here, but you do set a precedent. It's a tricky situation and one that puts the team in a tough spot whatever path they choose to take.

    • @tyneskipper
      @tyneskipper 12 часов назад

      with Tyreek i'd have just said "if he wants to leave he's going to have to find a team that wants to pay him". but as you say it's a delicate situation.

    i don't want tackles moving to guard. get me guard built guards. the tackles moved to guard don't generally have the anchors. enough with the outside zone. depends too technically on TEs hitting their landmarks. simplify the play, simplify the playcalls. my talent vs yours and if yours is starting to win, i'll have a whole playbook of schemes that i have developed for 3 seasons. this current offense should be plan b instead of the base offense.

    • @gmvigne

      @@gmvigne McD seems to have this confidence that anything lacking can be schemed away. that's a characteristic that is rare but needs to be honed. get talented trenches and then have a mind like McD scheme against a defensive-mind on the other side, i'd bet on McD. unfortunately, Dolphins have a subpar OLine that has reached it's limit when boosted by schemes.

    I blame management more than Tua. Tua would not have to put himself in situations that lead to him being injured if he had a top notch offensive line. The #1 rule in business is to protect your investment. And Chris Grier and McDaniel both failed. Chris should have overruled McDaniel about the OL, especially after the new contract. McDaniel should have known that his system is broken without Tua. So they should have prioritized Tua’s protection as the #1 priority for the team. Nothing else matters more than!!!!!

    After a full 3 years under McDaniel. I think it's fair to question if most of the injuries are just bad luck or is there a more underlying issue? How they delegate practice reps. If players are showing up to OTA's and training camp in shape. Are they overly cautious with how they handle minor injuries and how it's all tied together with rest, strength and conditioning during the season. I know teams are restricted in how much practice they can give them during the season and off-season or maybe it's just injury prone older guys, but the amount of injuries are a big problem.

      The 49ers are also a organization with many injuries over the years. Friends with niner fans and are always complaining about strength and conditioning coaches. Maybe it’s a shannonhan thing.

    Grier was up there making excuses and lying through his teeth. McDaniel is over his head, and Ross just wants to make money. Finally, some criticism going to Tua from this organization because they have babied since day 1. Grier sets it up to where you don't know making the decisions so he can hide when something fails. Grier picks injury prone players. It is funny how he always has an out. Grier and MD are forced to change up so they do not get fired. Okay Hill mad we a bad move we get that.But some fans are going overboard blaming him. The 3 stooges ( Grier,McDaniel,) has this team where it is now. Tua on the sides during the Jets game look like Weekend at Bernies. No interactions with his teammates what kind of leader is that. That was one of the worst press conferences.

    One of the best organizations in sports under Shula is now undoubtedly the worst in the NFL. Trash all throughout this organization. What a disgrace. Get someone in the door who has morals, discipline, demands respect and get rid of the losers and underacheivers which are most of the players, management, coaching and ownership.

    The CB's from the futures contract are worth watching from last years camp. The other names are filler. Grier will try to make lemonade out of lemons on the Ryan Hayes 7th rd pick as long as he's employed. Cross your fingers this year is it. McDaniel did zero discipline, as far as suspending guys for being late to practice, but he let them do that for at least last year. Omar reported on that right around end of camp. Tyreek would come strolling in an hour late. It's mcdaniels fault and know he "gets" that players should have rules? He's already ruined his authority fnext year. If Campbell doesn't re-sign here, there will be no team leader or anyone calling offer guys out. Maybe Chubb if he's not released

    Chris Grier SUCKS!!!! Puts this on Tua but gives him a SHITTY O-Line. Shitty Backup QB's and basically has constructed a SHITTY ROSTER! Honestly there is probably a handful of players I want back next season. Do what you want with the rest! I have NO CONFIDENCE in this team, it's coaching, or management!!!!! I'm not sure what to think of Tua. You can't fairly evaluate him with this offensive line! If they said that everyone on the offensive line who has started had been released I wouldn't lose an ounce of sleep! I'm EMBARRASSED to say I'm a Dolphins Fan. What dumbass runs it back with the same idiots responsible for our pain!!!!! EMBARRASSING!
