Nice plan. I like the 2nd floor (I wouldn’t change anything there). I would change some of the main floor. I agree with the comment that said make the powder room smaller and give that space to the kitchen. Use the space under the stairs for storage so a door would be needed. I would change out the dining table for an island with seating to give you more prep space and a place to eat. The living room is cozy but those long windows just make it feel cold. Maybe shorter windows and window seats for additional seating. I love these designs- keep them coming.

Put a fireplace between the two sliding door entrances and place the door entering the powder room under the stairwell to the side, makes room for a stackable laundry unit since there isn’t a laundry room.
This house doesn't have a lot of room for a purely cosmetic space-taker like a fireplace. They're very poor sources of heat, and they complicate furniture arrangement. Of course, the present arrangement isn't ideal! ;-)
where does the hotwater tank go? where is the HVAC or mini split? im also not digging how cramped the restrooms are, these houses are pretty but impractically small. you barely have enough room for the washer and dryer.

The kitchen is awfully small. You can take fully half of the powder room to enlarge it. Then you can nudge the stairway toward the front (reducing the size of the coathook/bench unit if necessary) to allow entry to the powder room under the stairs. If possible, reduce the number of angled steps in the process.
I don’t know the height of the ceilings upstairs, but the bathroom doesn’t look like it could accommodate anyone very tall. Showering looks potentially hazardous.

Yeah...no need for the downstairs half bath to be that big. And hopefully you offer alternative designs...not everybody can climb in a tub like that. Seems to be some wasted space in several places...entry, under the stairs, blank walls in several rooms...Not much storage, either...I do like the placement of the laundry, tho...

Couldn’t tell what that area was, thought it was a walk-in closet.😅
